Kindergarten teachers are my vanguard to promote the development of preschool education in China.The organizational commitment and work input of kindergarten teachers are a signal light to show their working status.This study uses 448 kindergartens in different regions and types(private and public)in Liaoning As a research object,teachers use questionnaires to explore the relationship between kindergarten teachers' perception of the headmaster's leadership style and their organizational commitment and work commitment.The aim is to provide constructive advice and measures for the management of kindergartens,improve the working status of kindergarten teachers,and promote the quality and harmonious development of preschool education teachers.Research result:(1)Kindergarten teachers 'perception of the principal's transformational leadership style is at a high level;the scores in each dimension are: leadership charisma,personalized care,moral virtue,vision inspiration;kindergarten teachers' perception of the principal's transactional leadership style Perception is at a high level;the scores in each dimension are: active exception management,contingency rewards.In addition,kindergarten teachers' perceptions of the principal's transformative leadership style differ in the nature of the school,job title levels,age,teaching experience,and marriage;there are differences in the perception of the principal's transactional leadership style in the nature of the school and marriage.(2)The organizational commitment of kindergarten teachers is at a high level;the scores in each dimension are: normative commitment,emotional commitment,and ideal commitment.In addition,kindergarten teachers 'organization commitments show significant differences in kindergarten teachers' age,teaching age,marital status,salary levels,and job titles.(3)The work input of kindergarten teachers is at a high level.The scores of the work input of kindergarten teachers in each dimension are:focus,dedication,and vitality.In addition,kindergarten teachers' work input varies in terms of teaching age and job title.(4)Kindergarten teachers perceive a significant(2)positive correlation between the principal's transformational and transactional leadership style and their organizational commitment and work commitment.Kindergarten teacher organizations promise to have a mediating effect between the perception of the principal's transformative and transactional leadership style and their work input.Research recommendations:(1)Create equal development space and strengthen the ideal commitment of kindergarten teachers.(2)Give personalized humanistic care and enhance the emotional commitment of kindergarten teachers.(3)Adopt a democratic management system to improve the vitality of kindergarten teachers' work.(4)Implement a transparent reward system to stimulate the motivation of kindergarten teachers.
