Teachers are the keys to speed up the development of modern vocational education and improve the quality of vocational education.To study the professional development of secondary vocational school teachers,we can start from many angles.However,we should grasp the core issue through the complicated working hours behavior phenomenon,that is the relationship between working hours and teachers' professional development.Teachers as the keys to improve the quality of personnel training are discussed from the present situation of teachers' working hours and the perspective of promoting teachers' professional development.The teachers' working hours have its place in their professional development.Its essential attribute is a standard for the development of teachers' individual life,showing the process and change of the essential strength of their individual life.Therefore,the study of the working hours of secondary vocational teachers is particularly urgent.Focusing on issues of concern,this study adopts the method of educational narrative research and pays attention to explore the course of professional development of secondary vocational teachers in the real situation.First,the study aims at a cooperative education narrative research of 4 teachers in Q school for 4 months,they are novice teacher,mature teacher,backbone teacher and expert teacher.Go to the research site,listen to the working time story of the secondary vocational school teachers,use the self-made interview outline and time log to collect information,and use Nvivo11 Pro to triple encode the data to construct the working hours model of the secondary vocational teacher.Secondly,the study is based on the time sequence of teachers' professional growth,and shows the growth stories of each type of cooperative teachers in working hours in the way of interpretative understanding,and the impact of these growth stories on them.It also analyzes group performance across four individual teachers.See the "multifaceted," "strong load," "low-achievement," and "weakly relevant" phenomena in the working hours of teachers in the vocational school.Then,through narrative analysis,it is found that the working hours of the secondary vocational school teachers showed that the boundaries between the working hours and life time of the secondary vocational school teachers are blurred,the professional development time needs and work hours are fragmented,teachers' work focus is deviated from the work focus,and there are contradictions between the professional development needs and the development of supply.In addition,the conclusions of the study reveal that teachers from secondary vocational schools proceed from self-development of professional development time and professional development strategies.The main factors affecting the professional development time of secondary vocational teachers are the contradiction between the “strong load” and the professional development of teachers' working hours.The contradiction between development needs and the need for promotion audits,the contradiction between student affairs "immediately seen" and professional development "professional development" Finally,on the basis of narrative research,this study proposes to enhance teachers' time awareness and optimize timing of work tasks.Create teacher work development time;preset work time rhythm,reduce time consumption;seek time gaps,colleges use time and other measures to enhance teacher time management,increase teacher professional development time and at the same time,developing professional development incentive system,making medium and long-term development plan,the system of diversification,time protection,etc.to ensure the professional development of teachers.
