Super teachers are the best in the teaching staff.They have noble morality,advanced educational and teaching concepts,unique teaching style and efficient teaching methods,and have made great contributions to basic education posts.Through the research on the "special" of Y-grade teachers' professional development,this paper reveals the factors affecting teachers' professional development from the perspective of Y-grade teachers' individual professional development,and analyses the factors that impel them from ordinary to excellent,hoping to provide reference for the professional development of young teachers at the front line.This paper chooses the method of narrative research to conduct research,and combines interview,observation and physical analysis to make in-depth and detailed observation and analysis of the object of study,Teacher Y,to obtain representative,successful and specific cases.In the course of the research,the author describes in detail the five stages of professional development of teacher Y: I want to be a teacher,I don't stand on the platform,I want to stand on the platform,I want to be an expert in teaching,I want to become an educator-type teacher.Through observing the classroom teaching and class management of the research object,I read the teaching essays,reflections,papers,monographs,topics of the research object,and interview and research.Leaders,colleagues,parents and students of the subjects were asked to understand the development status of the subjects.The main factors affecting the continuous progress of Y teachers are as follows:(1)love is the most beautiful contribution to the professional development of special-level teachers;(2)multi-level and complex knowledge structure is the source of the professional development of special-level teachers;(3)skilled education and art is the core factor of professional development of special-level teachers;(4)good grasp of the pulse of the times;(5)keen use of school development platform;(6)Effective access to family support and so on.Through the research on the professional development of Y-grade teachers,wecan get some enlightenments:(1)Self-education is the key force of teachers' professional development.Teacher Y relies on "diligence" to make up for her stupidity,relying on "tenacity" to study,relying on "rushing" to practice and relying on "persistence" to accumulate,which is the internal driving force of her professional development.(2)External support is an important guarantee for teachers' professional development.Teacher Y relies on good teacher education edification,national training to renew ideas,school-based training to enhance education and teaching ability,and constructs a support system for teachers' professional development,so as to ensure teachers' professional development.
