Special teachers are the best teachers in primary and secondary schools.They are outstanding in teachers' ethics,teaching and educating people,education and scientific research,and are the benchmark for the professional development of ordinary small and medium-sized teachers.Teachers' professional development level directly affects the improvement of educational quality.Teachers' professional development has both common characteristics and different.Studying the professional development course of special teachers,refining and summing up their educational thoughts and valuable experience accumulated in the process of first-line education and teaching will help to provide suggestions for ordinary young teachers and normal college students to promote teachers' professional development.In order to promote the construction of high-quality teachers,and accelerate the reform and development of basic education in China.In recent years,the relevant departments of education in our country have clearly put forward in the action of optimizing the teaching staff of teacher education,and demand to give full play to the important role of special teachers in the training of normal students and the regular study of in-service teachers.Based on the research object of teacher R,a special teacher in y city,this study mainly adopts narrative research method to study the professional development course and influencing factors of teacher R through observation and in-depth interview.Teacher R's professional development has experienced the career dream period of sailing,the career preparation period of Ma Li Bing,the career adaptation period of mechanics,the career growth period of thick and thin development,and the career maturity period of becoming outstanding.Through the analysis of teacher R's professional development course,it is found that her professional development is influenced by internal and external factors such as personal growth background,educational feelings,professional personality traits,teachers' ability accomplishment,strong sense and action of independent development,encouragement of educational policy,edification of school culture and support of teachers' professional community.Combined with the research of teacher R's professional development process and influencing factors,the researchers provide reference suggestions for promoting teachers' professional development.Teachers' professional development should be carried out from two aspects: strengthening independent growth and optimizing external support.In strengthening independent growth,teachers need to improve their awareness and motivation,formulate appropriate self-growth plans,and implement specific self-growth actions.In strengthening external support,the government and education departments should train future teachers according to the principle of "teaching the fittest ",perfect the evaluation and incentive mechanism of teachers,and construct an effective learning community.
