In order to build up some high-quality,professional and innovative teachers whom the Party and people are satisfied with,to implement the basic tasks of the Lideshu people,and to cultivate the socialist builders and successors who are all-round development of morality,intelligence,and beauty just as the Nineteenth Party Congress says.There is no doubt that these new teachers are mainly from normal school students.However,the current phenomenon of violations of teachers' professional morality by teachers of child abuse and pupils' eardrums that have been broken in the teacher ranks needs to be grasped from the source of teacher training,namely normal school students.Normal colleges and universities are the main positions for cultivating teachers.It is imperative for basic education schools to cultivate high-quality teachers that adapt to the rapid development of society.Therefore,the further study of the quality education for normal students has a positive practical significance.This article is based on Marx's theory of human's overall development and humanism education theory.It mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and case study to investigate the current situation of quality education for normal college students.Combining with the results of the survey,the current status and causes of quality education for normal school students are analyzed and studied.Based on this,the recognition of teachers' careers from normal college students is the starting point,and the content of the quality education for normal school students is to rely on,and around the normal students.The goal of quality education reform is to strengthen the cultivation of normal students' professional identities,the teaching practice of normal school students and the cultivation of their innovative abilities,and to elevate the humanistic qualities and comprehensive abilities of normal school students,so as to construct the idea of cultivating normal students' quality education.In order to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of this idea,the author conducted an experimental study of normal undergraduate students of Shaanxi Normal University,Xianyang Normal University,and Shaanxi Preschool Teachers' College.In particular,the sample schools and students were selected for case studies..The main contributions of this article are as follows: First,through theoretical and empirical research,it is proposed that in the process of quality education for normal school students,normal colleges and universities need to proceed from the enrollment methods and professional selection links of normal students,optimize the selection of normal students,and strengthen Normal students' recognition of teachers' professions makes them happy to teach and teach,and they strive to cultivate the dedication of normal students.Second,improve the curriculum of normal school students,highlighting features and personality.Third,the implementation of career planning education for normal school students to help normal school students realize the coordinated development of school education,academic planning and career planning education,and achieve effective integration of direction and goals.Fourth,we will further optimize the education environment for normal students and pay attention to the construction of campus culture.This paper constructs a new model of quality education for normal students under the background of the new curriculum reform in the new period,that is,the construction of a new model for quality education for normal school students that emphasizes the theoretical basis and practical operability to enrich the content of quality education theory.Practice and Exploration,Open up Ways to Train Normal College Students with Era Characteristics.
