Study On The Practice Of Social Work Intervene Community Home Care Service

In recent years,due to the aggravation of China's aging population,the government has paid special attention to the old-age care industry,introduced a series of policies to promote the reform of the pension service system,and the community home-based care model was born.At present,there are insufficient service supply,low proportion and low quality of home care services in China,which cannot meet the diversified demands of the aged.And the social work intervention in community home endowment,to use professional value concept and methods involved in service,better able to meet the demand of social endowment service,improve the qua lity of the old man lives and well-being.Guangzhou,as one of the first batch of community home care service innovation pilot cities,began to carry out service innovation.This paper takes guangzhou D street community home care project as an example to get an in-depth understanding of social work involvement in community home care services through field investigation and interview.Analysis and sorting out the ways of social work involved in community home care service mainly include the following aspects : carrying out demand research and formulating personalized service plan;Cooperate with multiple departments to promote the service;To provide diversified services by means of social work;Cultivate the volunteer team to realize self-worth.Social work involved in old-age care service has achieved certain results,which has satisfied the diversified needs of the elderly to some extent.Become a bridge between the elders and the government;Link community resources to promote the organic integration of informal networks and social service systems.However,in the process of intervention,the social work level is not strong,and the professional staff lacks.The project capital investment is insufficient,the fund source is single;The supervision and evaluation system is not perfect.In the end,this paper will strengthen the construction of social work force.Increase capital input,widen the channel of funds;Integrate resources and cooperate with multiple departments;We will improve the relevant regulations and regulations,and improve the social work service system in four aspects.
