| In 1995,the China Taekwondo Association was formally established,marking the development of Taekwondo in China.Taekwondo is a highly competitive and ornamental sport.Through the efforts of several generations of coaches,athletes and related personnel,Taekwondo has developed extensively.As the National Fitness Program has been raised to the national strategic and the demand for mass sports has been growing,under the current background of the nation's policy of benefiting the people,the sports related departments of Liaoning Province have begun to vigorously support mass sports brand-name projects.Taekwondo is one of the sports projects that are urgently needed for the development of mass sports in Liaoning Province.It has a foundation and prospect for development in Liaoning Province,so it should be put on the path of “ought” as soon as possible,which is a major measure to implement the country's policy “benefiting the people”.However,with the deviation in the value and connotation of Taekwondo,the current development of the public Taekwondo in Liaoning Province is in this “being” situation,which leads to unclear development direction and popularization path of Taekwondo.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to clarify the value and significance of Taekwondo in promoting the popularity of Taekwondo in Liaoning Province.This paper aims to study the popularization path of Taekwondo in Liaoning Province under the concept of value,and uses literature,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis methods to compare the values of Taekwondo at home and abroad.The development status and existing problems of Taekwondo in Liaoning Province have also been studied.This research focused on the students,parents and coaches of the 12 Taekwondo Halls of Dalian,Shenyang,Anshan,and Yingkou.These four prefecture-level cities have high level of development and have many Taekwondo Halls in Liaoning Province.It mainly investigates the opinions of these groups on Taekwondo and its value and teaching situation,which leads to the following conclusions: 1.The dimensions and depth of Taekwondo value differ from other countries.2.The competitive value occupies the mainstream of Taekwondo value.3.Taekwondo students' participation is not clear enough to learn.The tendency is very limited.4.Taekwondo coaches have unbalanced male and female ratios,lack of athletic ability and coaching qualifications,inaccurate grasping of taekwondo spirit,theory and value,and single curriculum.5.Taekwondo students' parents' lack of understanding of Taekwondo spirit etiquette.The choice of taekwondo projects is biased.And put forward corresponding suggestions: 1.Starting from ideology and understanding,raising public awareness of value,formulating effective methods,raising public awareness of the value of sports,introducing guidance methods for sports value education,promoting the popularization of value concepts,and developing the value of sports The curriculum promotes the value of Taekwondo and the balanced development of the project.2.To develop targeted Taekwondo teaching and promote students' motivation;to conduct free Taekwondo classroom experience,fully explain the value and correct unreasonable learning trends.3.Coaches actively play the roles to balance the gender ratio of coaches;increase the training of coaches,improve the understanding of Taekwondo value and theory;improve the salary of coaches;pay attention to the overall teaching and guide the development of students.4.To improve the students' understanding of Taekwondo and to understand the spirit and etiquette of Taekwondo in advance.5.Government and sports departments play the role to hold a wide range of popular taekwondo competitions,and standardize the Taekwondo training market. |
