Research On The Reform Path Of The Entity Of China Taekwondo Association

In the context of building a healthy China in the new era,sports association plays a key role in how to meet the sports needs of the people.With the deepening of the reform of the sports management system,the physical reform of the national Single Sports Association has been carried out in an all-round way.As a member of the "decoupling" reform list,how to comply with the requirements of the new era,starting from its own development status,to build a substantial reform path is an urgent problem to be studied.After combing the basic course of the development of China Taekwondo Association by using the methods of literature,expert interview,field practice and comparative analysis,this study starts with the investigation of the basic situation of the substantial reform of China Taekwondo Association,and analyzes the current situation of the substantial reform,including the organizational structure,human resources,financial management,competition management,national team management,member management Training management,Party building management,etc.After studying its reform measures and basic results,we found the basic problems in the reform,and then explored the specific path of reform on the basis of the choice of reform path.The results are as follows:1.The measures and preliminary results of the reform are mainly reflected in the revision and improvement of the association's articles of association,the establishment and adjustment of special committees,the active preparation for the Olympic Games,the improvement of the competition system reform,the implementation of Anti Doping work,the further improvement of member services,the strengthening of foreign exchange and the reconstruction of the publicity platform.2.The main problems in the process of reform are unclear rights,responsibilities and benefits;imperfect internal construction;imperfect reserve talent system;lack of targeted policy support and imbalance of project socialization promotion environment.3.In the Enlightenment of the reform path of German Sports Federation,England Football Association,China Basketball Association and China Football Association,combined with the socialization,market-oriented reform direction and the characteristics of Taekwondo project,it is suggested that the reform path of China Taekwondo Association should be from the following aspects:(1)The government should simplify administration and delegate power with targetedpolicy support;(2)The association should clarify its authority and strengthen the leadership of the party;(3)Optimize the internal construction of the association and strengthen the service;(4)We will improve the comprehensive supervision mechanism and establish a mechanism for evaluating rewards and punishments;(5)Strengthen the propaganda of the association and improve the social recognition;(6)Coordinating the interests of various parties and broadening the financing channels of the Association;(7)Strengthen the physical training of the national team,improve the comprehensive strength;(8)Improve the construction of reserve talents system and promote the sustainable development of the project;(9)Standardizing the training environment at the grass-roots level and establishing a sound social development system;(10)Promote the construction of Taekwondo culture and strengthen the relevant academic research.
