With the gradual implementation of the free education in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in the past fifteen years,kindergartens all over the region have been springing up at a high speed.The kindergarten teachers' team has expanded rapidly.With the implementation of 15 years of free education in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,rural kindergartens have sprung up.The number of preschool teachers in rural farms has also grown.With the increase amount of rural preschool teachers,it is necessary and of great significance to know their current status of their work life quality and social support.The research explores the current situations systematically explores in depth the work life quality and social support of rural preschool teachers,including the conditions of need of survival,security,social connection,esteem,self-actualization and objective,subjective support,and utilization of support,at last,the relationship between the two.The results show that the standard of rural preschool teachers' quality of work and life is above average;the survival and safety needs of rural preschool teachers are relatively low;There is one or more significant differences in the quality of work life and its various factors in teacher authorized strength,marriage status,age,teaching age,salary and classification of professions;The social support of preschool teachers is at the middle level;the objective support and utilization of support in teachers' social support are significantly lower than national norm.There are one or more significant differences in teachers' authorized size,marriage status,age,teaching age,and salary treatment in social support levels and their respective factors.Social support has a significant positive effect on work life quality.The teacher's work background has adjustment effect on the relationship between the teacher's teaching age,classification of professions,and class type.The study considers that the problem of teachers' lack of authorized size is one of the fundamental reasons for lower status of teachers' survival needs and safety,and the lack of ability to use social support.The low teacher-to-child ratio makes teachers' safety needs even lower,and teachers' social support can positively predict their work life quality.Teacher's teaching age,classification of professions and class type,respectively,play a role in regulating the relationship between rural preschool teachers' social support and work life quality.To effectively improve the work life quality of preschool teachers in forms,the following suggestions are proposed: formulating a scientific and reasonable model for the preparation of calculations and the preparation of distribution plans to properly solve the problem of lack of authorized size in kindergartens of farms;implementing the "special-contracted teachers" policy for farms' kindergartens and provide flexible and varied "transferring position" to expand the size of preschool teachers in farms;enhancing the humanistic care of the management class and paying attention to the value of preschool teachers by giving them material help and spiritual concern in their daily lives;encouraging preschool teachers to expand interpersonal circles to help themselves build system of social support network;Strengthening the self-adjustment ability of professional preschool teachers by strengthening training for novice teachers before and after position,and formulating specialized method to increase the influence of social support on work life quality.
