Physical education and health is one of the required courses in high school.It is the key to strong body and lifelong physical education.Teachers should pay more attention to the scientificity and rationality of teaching mode in the course of physical education.The scaffolding teaching is based on the students as the center and the teacher as the leading,always on the basis of the existing cognitive level of the students,the teacher takes a good frame,guides the students to construct the knowledge actively,and promotes the students’ ability to improve the teaching mode.Applying scaffolding instruction to high school physical education is not only conducive to the change of teachers’ educational concepts,but also to the change of students’ learning styles.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents,this paper analyzes the research status of Scaffolding Teaching Mode and scaffolding sports teaching,expounds the theoretical basis of the application of the Scaffolding Teaching Mode in high school physical education and defines the related concepts,and combines the practice of high and middle school teaching in the scaffolding teaching.The basic links of learning mode and scaffold building strategy are discussed theoretically.Next,combined with the actual teaching case analysis and experimental research.Before and after the experiment,the experimental class and the control class were investigated by the questionnaire on the autonomy of the middle school students in the high school physical education class.The results of the four stages of the experimental class and the control class were statistically analyzed.To understand students’ views on Scaffolding Teaching Mode and high school physical education classroom teaching.In the last year,the application of the Scaffolding Teaching Model in high school physical education is studied.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)the scaffolding model improves the students’ interest in learning physical education and the students’ learning attitude.(2)improving students’ learning methods of sports knowledge and skills.Effective training of students’ awareness of independent exploration and cooperation.(4)improving students’ speed quality and explosive force.In the study,how to determine the "Recent Development Zone" of the students,how to deal with the imbalance of the students’ "Recent Development Zone",how to establish a perfect evaluation system and promote the overall development of the students,should be further studied.
