Gender role is the most basic and most important part of the process of individual social development.The early childhood period is the basic stage for the development and development of individual gender role concepts,and is the main aspect of individual lifelong development.Judging from the current research results,bisexuality is the most ideal and best gender role model.The implementation of bisexual gender role education for young children is conducive to the development of more sound personality for young children.However,due to the influence of traditional concepts,there are certain prejudices and misunderstandings on the gender-oriented gender roles.There are also certain problems in the gender-oriented education.In some Western developed countries,gender education for young children has reached a relatively mature stage,and China is still at the initial stage.This study explores the theoretical basis and necessity of children's education on the gender roles and uses literature,questionnaires,and psychometric methods to randomly select 4 kindergartens in a city in Shanxi Province and 12 classes.36 preschool teacher,360 children and the corresponding parents of 360 children were the subjects of this study.A comprehensive study was conducted on the current status of preschool teachers and children's parental education on childbearing education.The existing problems and causes of the problems were analyzed and summarized,and concrete and operable education strategies were proposed.Firstly,in the distribution of young children's gender role types,the survey results showed that their distribution status showed a “three pillars” differentiation form.The highest distribution ratio was the children with bisexuality,and the lowest was the unisexualized children;There is no overall difference between gender role types and grade levels overall;there is also no significant difference between the distribution of gender role categories and family structure in young children.Secondly,in terms of the education of preschool teachers,the overall level of preschool education for children with gender-educated bisexuality education is poor.The main reasons for these problems are: the preschool teachers' insufficient attention to gender education in children's gender roles;and lack of training on gender education and professional guidance.In the education of children's parents,it was found that the parent's education of children with gender roles was poor overall;parents of children had a relatively high stereotype of gender roles;children's parents' level of understanding of bisexual education and level of education guidance are not high.The main causes of these problems are similar to those of kindergarten teachers.Finally,related education suggestions were put forward from kindergarten,family and society.In terms of kindergartens,preschool teachers should use the same evaluation system and rewards and penalties for children of different genders,and combine the games to educate young children;kindergartens also regularly conduct learning and education activities related to gender education.In terms of family,parents should pay attention to the development of children's gender roles,and promote the development of dual gender roles in children's subtle life.In society,we should play the role of the mass media and conduct the correct dual education concept.The relevant departments should pay attention to the development of pre-school education and introduce and retain more and more excellent male teachers.
