Gender development is an important manifestation of children’s self-consciousness and social development.Developing preschool children’s gender education is conducive to raising children’s gender awareness and helping children to better understand themselves.Therefore,preschool children’s gender education is getting more and more attention.This study takes the implementation of preschool children’s gender education in Z city as the research object,and analyzes and explains the problems existing in the implementation of preschool children’s gender education in Z city,analyzes the reasons behind the problems,and then proposes effective strategies for solving problems.With a view to improving the awareness of preschool teachers’ gender education and exploring more suitable gender education for preschool children.The introductory part elaborates the origin and significance of the research problem,and reviews the related research literature.The main body consists of five chapters.In the first chapter,the author first sorts out the development law of preschool children’s gender roles,explores the theoretical basis for the implementation of preschool children’s gender education,and provides a theoretical basis for the analysis and practice.In the second and third chapters,the author focuses on Using observation,interviews,and questionnaires to investigate the status quo of implementation of preschool children’s gender education in Z city,and analyze the problems in the implementation process.In terms of kindergartens,kindergarten teachers will have different expectations and guidance for men and women and children.There are gender isolation in games and activities,and the development of children’s gender roles will not lead to the division and guidance of kindergarten teachers.In terms of parents,traditional gender roles The concept is deeply ingrained in the impression of parents,there are deviations in gender behaviors and attitudes,there is a bias in the understanding of gender education responsibility consciousness,and there is a lack of gender education awareness ability and scientific teaching methods.In the fourth chapter,the author believes that there are three main reasons: lack of awareness and ability of preschool teachers’ gender education;preschool children’s gender education curriculum lacks a complete system;parents and kindergartens lack the cooperation related to preschool children’s gender education.In Chapter 5,the author proposes an effective strategy based on the theory of gender role development.First of all,kindergartens should implement the correct concept of gender education.The kindergarten teachers should pay attention to the gender education opportunities in the establishment of the kindergarten environment.The kindergarten teachers should choose suitable gender education contents and rich and varied science teaching methods.The kindergarten teachers should also be involved in the education process.Follow the principles of gender equity and development.Second,the home construction helps parents to acquire the correct gender education concept,integrate multiple advantages of resources and homeland to seek scientific gender education methods.Finally,the government and education departments must provide support for gender education.Preschool children’s gender education is added to pre-employment and post-employment training for preschool teachers.Coordinate and unify support in various aspects to form a concerted education and promote the effective implementation of gender education for preschool children.
