Comenius once said: Teacher career is the most glorious career under the sun.However,in recent years,teachers who frequently reported on the Internet to impose corporal punishment,disguised corporal punishment,language violence,cold violence on students are shocking,which is a hidden concern under the education civilization.As a representative of intellectuals and an important guide on the way of students' growth,why do teachers use inappropriate language,such as sarcasm language and even corporal punishment,disguised corporal punishment to treat students,let the young mind be deeply hurt and even pay for the cost of life,which has to lead the reflections from educators and society as a whole.Unlike the traditional speculative research that is mostly outside the “field”for this topic,this study places the teacher's stigma phenomenon in the school's specific field and analyzes it,and chooses to carry out field investigation in K primary school which is in the urban-rural area.Through participation in observations,in-depth interviews,content analysis,and other methods,I went deep into school life and collected a large amount of first-hand information.Through "deep drawing",presents the survival situation of teachers and students in the school field,the behavior of teachers' stigma and their complex hearts.Meanwhile I continued to hold dialogues with Bourdieu's field theory,habitual theories,and capital theory.New attempts on research methods and theoretical application have brought new discoveries to this study.Studies have shown,in our country,the teachers' stigma behavior in the school field is manifested in four types: corporal punishment,disguised corporal punishment,language violence and cold violence.At the same time,the choice of the teacher's stigma target is deeply influenced by the students' family background,class status and students' achievement.The goal of the teacher's stigma behavior is to realize the control and tame of students.This study also through the clear-field technology controlled by power,"field" conflicts under power balance,long-distance look back "field" initiative,tension of the establishment of "field" four aspects in-depth analysis,comes to the conclusion that both gain and loss are the effect of teachers' stigma in school field.Under the collective effect of teachers' power operation,teacher and student habits collusion and teachers' survival dilemma,it is easy to appear teachers' stigma behavior in the school field of our country,but this behavior implies the complex heart of teachers' unwillingness and helplessness.At the end of this study,it is considered that for teachers and students in China,the school field is not only an occupational field,but also a differential field with both "professional" and "private".Therefore,to reduce teachers' stigma behavior in school fields,we need to strengthen "off-field" reserves and form the educational resultant force;clear "into-field" rules and standardize school-field order;change the "shape-field" strategy and build harmonious relationship;optimize the "in-field" evaluation and adhere the correct guidance;strengthen the humanistic care and enhance the attraction of the school field.So as to perfect the teacher-student relationship in the school field,let the students grow up healthily and happily,and make the teacher become an enviable profession.
