With the promotion and development of the "special-post plan",a large number of special-post teachers devote themselves to rural education every year.As a main body of implementing the "special-post plan",the living states of special post teachers are not only related to their own development,but also to the development of students and schools,and even to the speed,level and quality of the development of rural compulsory education.This study use narrative research method,choose three teachers as research objects,listen to their survival stories,and try to explore the influence of special post teachers,the reasons for becoming special post teachers,the living circumstances and the selections after the expiration of service.To present the full experience of the special-post teachers during service period,and to pursue the situations of the special-post teachers working in different schools.Based on Pierre Bourdieu's field theory,using "field","capital","habitus" and other core concepts to build the analytical framework,describing three dynamic processes of three special-post teachers in breakthrough of the entrance,present status,exit choice deeply,to reveal their living conditions,and to explore the implementation effect of "special-post plan".It is found that the "special-post plan" plays an important role in alleviating employment pressure,optimizing the age structure of rural school teachers,improving the quality of rural teachers and alleviating the shortage of teachers in rural schools.However,the implementation of the policy still lacks investigations into the motivation and adaptability of the special-post teachers.The salaries of special-post teachers are not equal to the teachers in the same period,meanwhile,still existing problems such as a good deal of work,limited external support for professional development,small interpersonal relationship circle and so on.Based on this,this study explores the thinking,inspiration and suggestions from three aspects,such as standardizing admission order,expanding the accumulation of field capital and improving exit mechanism,so as to improve the implementation of the "special-post plan".
