Research On Integration Of University Functions From The Perspective Of IUR Collaborative Innovation

With the development of the information age,China's economy has entered a new normal economic period,a comprehensive reform phase of the kinetic energy conversion.The adjustment of industrial structure will be inevitably rapid,then research collaborative innovation have become the era of innovation booster,when the universities in the process become the core driving force of innovation.From the educational philosophy to the educational ideas,from recruitment to employment,from teaching to research,from internal management to external environment,the Universities appeared inconsistent,non-standard,unbalanced and irrational phenomena.The universities' function imbalance,misalignment,dysfunction due to other reasons,thus is difficult to achieve the various functions,and the universities' function cannot be integrated in its entirety,then the consequences caused by the direct impact on the research collaborative innovation effect,when the presence of the external environment cannot be adapted.Against this background,the research under collaborative innovation perspective of their existing problems of functional integration,integration mechanism of universities' functions,related factors and the path of functional integration is particularly urgent that the study has both a strong practical significance,and for the purposes of higher education it also has a very important theoretical value.Under the view of industry-university-research(IUR)collaboration innovation,the thesis refines connotations of collaborative innovation,university functions and university function integration,summarizes the difficulties of university function integration in IUR atmosphere,which mainly reflected in the university the unrealized plight of a single function(talents function imbalance dilemma,quantity and quality of scientific research function conversion dilemma,social services function dislocation dilemma),the universities' function synergistic plight and the university function adaptation plight,then explores the mechanism of functional integration under the research-university collaborative innovation perspective.By empirical verification,that the current system of university organization is not conducive to the integration of university functions,and interdisciplinary university is not strong,university evaluation imperfect affected functional integration of universities.And explore the mechanism of university functionintegration from the perspective of IUR collaborative innovation.Based on the above theoretical research and related empirical analysis,the thesis presents achieve functional integration path of university function integration of from the perspective of IUR collaborative innovation,including integration and optimization of organizational management from the university system,university discipline management system,university evaluation and incentive system,and university Security System of functional integration.The thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 introduces the research methods and technology roadmap research background,research and papers involved.Chapter 2 refines connotations of collaborative innovation,university functions and university function integration,summarizes the Difficulties of university function integration in IUR atmosphere.Chapter 3 explores themechanism university function integration of from the perspective of IUR collaborative innovation from the goals andfactors,and refines conceptual model.Chapter 4 uses questionnaire and structural equation for the research,carries out the corresponding data analysis and discusses the results of the corresponding empirical.Chapter 5proposes achieve path for university function integration from the perspective of IUR collaborative innovation.
