Study On The Influencing Factors Of Agriculture-Related Entrepreneurial Intentions Of Agricultural University Students

With the constant popularization of popular education in our country,the contradiction between employment supply and demand has become increasingly prominent.Faced with this situation,many university students participate in entrepreneurial activities.The participation of agricultural university students in agriculture-related entrepreneurship can ease employment pressure,and also contribute to the development of modern agriculture.However,due to various factors,the proportion of students participating in entrepreneurial activities in agricultural universities is relatively low.Therefore,stimulating the agriculture-related entrepreneurship enthusiasm of college students in agricultural university,is of great significance to deeply study the influencing factors of aspirations of agricultural university,students.The main content of the paper is as follows:The first chapter is introduction,Including the research background and significance of this article,domestic and foreign research status,research purposes and content,research methods and technical routes.The second chapter is the concept definition and related theory introduction.This part is the theoretical basis of this article.The third chapter is hypothesis and theoretical model construction.This chapter puts forward research hypotheses and builds a theoretical model that influences the agricultural graduates' willingness to start their own businesses.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis section.Through the survey,using SPSS software,combined with a variety of analytical methods to verify the hypothesis of this study,empirical analysis of the influencing factors.The fifth chapter is conclusions and countermeasures.Provide effective countermeasures against influencing factors.The sixth chapter summarizes the problems and deficiencies of this study,and proposes future research proposals and prospects.Based on the theoretical model of TPB,this article adds entrepreneurial experience factors and entrepreneurial environment factors,and establishes a model of five influencing factors.Research shows that,there is a significant difference in the willingness of different grades of students to participate in agriculture-related entrepreneurship.Gender,profession and account have little effect on agriculture-related entrepreneurship intention.The entrepreneurial experience,the entrepreneurial environment and the variables of the TPB model have a great influence on the Entrepreneurial Intentions.According to the analysis results,we have proposed effective measures to promote the willingness of agricultural university students to engage in agricultural entrepreneurship.We hope to provide reference for relevant government departments to formulate supportive policies that encourage university students to engage in agriculture-related entrepreneurship.For agricultural colleges and universities to cultivate college students to actively participate in agriculture-related entrepreneurship to provide reference.
