The examination-oriented education unilaterally pursues scores,making students read books and books,and the competition for entrance examinations becomes increasingly fierce.This not only increases the students' academic burden,but also suppresses the individuality and creative developmen.It also results in isolation and differentiation of disciplines and knowledge,which are faced with huge challenges.With the development of new curriculum reforms,it has become increasingly urgent to change the students' academic performance evaluation.In order to reduce the negative impact of scores and the academic burden of students,since the fall of 2013,the order of merit evaluation of primary school students in Shanghai has been strictly implemented,which has an important effect on the teaching,learning,teachers and students.Therefore,paying attention to student individual differences,meeting the individual needs of students,and adapting to the students' staged development concentrates on its implementation.This study focuses on the practice of the order of merit evaluation D primary school in Shanghai.It uses case studyand literature,observation,and interview methods.The school headmaster,teachers,parents,and students interviewees conducted relevant research on the implementation of the school,trying to better understanding of the implementation.I strive to be rigorous during the whole process in order to maximize the scientificity,objectivity and truthfulness of the research.Though careful observation,in-depth analysis of the difficulties in the process of the order of merit of the students in D primary school of J District in Shanghai are as follows: the evaluation criteria are vague,the evaluation method is always “on the one hand” and the process of implementation is in the form.And then we put forward the following suggestions: to formulate more objective and uniform standards,to adopt more appropriate methods and to develop more rigorous and accurate implementation process used by teachers and so on.We hope to provide reference for the in-depth implementation of the first-grade evaluation of pupils' academic performance,and the follow-up evaluation of the relevant systems.
