In the history of the education history of Chinese and foreign countries,there are many prominent principals in the development of many prestigious universities in the world.The university of Chicago's Robert·Hutchins is one of the most influential principals,and the education concept and effective education practice of are worthy of our study and reference.At the same time,with the development and progress of the times,our living environment is becoming more and more complicated,and the information we need is even more vast.It is difficult for us to systematically study an educator's thought.Even if a large amount of material is collected,it will still be obscured by irrelevant information and cannot make accurate judgments.Therefore,it is the basic idea to grasp the core elements,reduce complex information and control the overall situation of things.As well as being a famous American educator and practitioner,Hutchins has a detailed and thorough study of his idea of education.Therefore,the focus of this paper is not on the comprehensive discussion of his thought,but on systematizing the important principles in his thought.Corresponding to this,the theory of synergetics in physical dynamics shows us the basic principle and key elements of an open system.Therefore,this paper takes the systematic thinking and grasp the core elements as the basic research ideas,and takes the laser collaborative model as the theoretical reference,and then,as the specific research object of the high education thought of Hutchins,combing the key elements of the effective operation of the university system,thus providing reference for the systematic development of education in China.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the research background and current research status of the thesis,explains the core concepts such as system thinking,dissipative structure and advanced education,and makes a feasibility analysis on the combination of education thought and synergetics,thus clarifying the method and significance of the research.The second chapter is an overview of the construction of the framework of collaborative learning and higher education.On the basis of elaborating the basic connotation and principle of collaborative learning,we try to construct the overall framework of the higher education system in the field of collaborative learning.The third chapter is the idea of the high education of the Hutchins.First of all,to give a brief introduction to the background of the life of Hutchins,and then it's important to focus on the systematic analysis of the idea of the system,which is the principle of the university and the goal of the university,the university system,the building of the university system,the building of the faculty,the energy exchange of the university and the outside environment and the four aspects of the energy exchange.The fourth chapter is a reference to the current higher education.Based on the framework analysis of the foregoing,it mainly analyzes and borrows from the four aspects of higher education positioning,feedback evaluation mechanism,teacher team building and the integration ability of leaders.
