According to research,the teaching and research of primary and secondary school teachers needs to shift from the traditional "extensive" and "unprofessional" to "precisive" and "specializational".Observing and evaluating classes,as a very important form of teacher education,plays an important role in the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.Through research,it is found that there are some problems in practice,mainly as follows: lack of in-depth excavation of teachers’ needs,lack of detailed records of observations in class,and lack of individual support of reflection on teachers and differentiated awareness of professional guidance,so that the effectiveness of observing and evaluating classes needs to be strengthened.In recent years,online observing and evaluating class has been widely admired,and corresponding systems and platforms have begun to appear.Although using these platforms to support the effective implementation of observing and evaluating classes has been a demand for many schools,there is still some confusion about how to effectively use these systems and platforms to support precision teaching and research.From the perspective of information technology,the study taked "data-driven" and "individualization" as key ideas,explored how to apply the technology to the elementary and middle schools to facilitate data collection and processing in observing and evaluating classes,provided effective data support for primary and secondary school teachers in finding the problems in the teaching to clear the demand for professional development,so as to give teachers resources(teaching design,teaching reflection and teaching video).On the one hand,it provides a new technical strategy for the course of observating and evaluating classes in primary and secondary schools.On the other hand,it provides reference for designers of platforms for observing and evaluating classes.Based on theories about observing and evaluating classes,the research puts forward design principles of online support system.And through analyzing status of platform for class evaluation,instructional design’s evaluation,classroom observation and teaching reflection theory,it constructs the class evaluation data model and designs its course evaluation system.Finally,through the user experience,we evaluate the effectiveness of the support system accurately evaluating instructional design and support tools of teaching refleation,and the support system of procedural evaluation of video lesson was embed into the platform ―Zhi Hui Xing‖ developed by the school of open education of East China Normal University.The training platform is applied in the real situation.The result of the evaluation is that the function of the support system meets actual needs and is also operational.This study is divided into seven chapters.Chapter 1 is about the writing thought of the dissertation,including the background and significance of the topic,the theoretical basis and research status of the research,research ideas and introduction of research methods;Chapter 2,based on design principles of the support system of observing and evaluating classes,studyes the current practice of the platforms,summed up successful practices and existing deficiencies of the support systems,and formed design ideas of the online support system;Chapter 3 constructs the data model of the system;Chapter 4 focuses on the technical realization of the system for data collection;Chapter 5 conducts research and design on the data mining of the system.Chapter 6 conducts an expert assessment of the effectiveness of the online support system,and evaluates some application effects and their impacts after embedding on the platform.Finally,Chapter 7 summarizes the results and elaborates on research insufficiency.
