With the development of curriculum reform,schools gradually realized the transformation from curriculum management to curriculum leadership,and teachers also changed from the curriculum executor to curriculum leader.Teachers have become the soul of new curriculum reform and school change.The improvement of teachers' curriculum leadership can not only optimize the structure of the school curriculum,improve the students' quality,promote the professional development of teachers,but also promote the development of curriculum reform.However,at present,there is a relatively lack of research on teachers' curriculum leadership in China,which leads to teachers' dissociation from the curriculum leadership.This study adopts a method of case study and collects materials through observation,interview,questionnaire and literature research.Based on the theory of distributed leadership theory,transformational leadership and moral leadership theory,teacher's curriculum leadership is defined as teachers in the school situation,based on personal professional knowledge,personality charm and leadership,to lead and guide others in the form of cooperation ability to participate in curriculum activities,so as to realize the improvement of students' literacy,the development of teachers,improving the quality of the curriculum and the reconstruction of school culture.It contains five elements: vision leadership,curriculum practice,interpersonal leadership,cultural construction and moral appeal.On the basis of understanding the curriculum of teachers' curriculum leadership and Chinese school-based curriculum,this paper investigates the curriculum leadership of Chinese teachers in JQ primary school under the background of Chinese school-based curriculum development.The survey results showed that Chinese teachers in JQ primary school had insufficient vision leadership,weak curriculum practice power,limited interpersonal leadership,poor cultural construction and lack of moral appeal when conducting curriculum leadership.Through the investigation and analysis of information,data and cases,we can infer the cause of these problems is comprehensive,from teachers,from the school level,the reason from the social aspects.The relations the between three is complex,which directly influence more in school level.On this basis,this study starts from the following three ways: building school teachers' learning community,improving school teachers' curriculum leadership mechanism and constructing teachers' curriculum leadership support system,and carrying out countermeasures to enhance teachers' curriculum leadership.1.Teachers should update their ideas,strengthen professional knowledge and build an open teacher culture.2.Schools should improve the leadership mechanism for teachers,optimize the leadership environment for teachers,and build a leadership community for teachers.3.The education sector should provide policy guidance,establish curriculum standards and evaluation system,and schools must fully integrate and utilize multiple resources.
