Curriculum leadership is becoming the hot topic in the field of educational studies with the promoting of the new curriculum-reform.Both-in theory and practice,there are quite important significance and value to study primary school teachers' curriculum leadership.As the-core strength of curriculum leadership,teachers should be curriculum leaders.In this thesis,the author takes the actual survey based on nearly three hundred primary school teachers in twenty elementary schools where are in Wuhan and Enshi.Combing the theory and practice of teachers' curriculum leadership,through the investigation and study,comparative analysis,generalization,the author aims to let us know the status quo and the problems of primary teachers' curriculum leadership,make suggestions or find out countermeasures and contribute to the development of teachers' curriculum leadership and the success of new curriculum reform.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is introduction.The writer introduces some reasons why chooses this topic,the purpose and significance of this research,research methods and ideas,literature review and relevant concepts concisely.The second part is about the investigation of elementary school teachers' curriculum leadership.The third part is the predicaments,problems&reasons' analysis of improving elementary school teachers'curriculum leadership thoroughly.The last part is countermeasures of improving primary teachers' curriculum leadership.Through the investigation,analysis,conclusion,reflection about the problems of primary teachers' curriculum leadership,the writer puts forward the proposals,countermeasures.
