With the advancement of curriculum reform and school reform,the role of teachers as mere teachers can no longer adapt to the changes of the times and education.The role of teachers has gradually changed from a loyal executor to a creative developer leader.And it is helpful for teachers to exert curriculum leadership to improve their professional development level.So the call for teachers to become curriculum leaders is getting higher and higher.However,from the current actual situation,there are still some difficulties in the improvement of teacher curriculum leadership,which requires researchers to devote themselves to exploring the development process and influencing factors of teacher curriculum leadership.Based on this background,this research took the development process and influencing factors of primary school teachers' curriculum leadership as the main content,and selected a primary school Chinese teacher Z as a typical case to carry out a narrative study.First of all,this research determined the connotation of curriculum leadership of primary school teachers by combing relevant literature,and constructed a curriculum leadership model for primary school teachers based on the theory of moral leadership and related literature.This research believes that the curriculum leadership of primary school teachers mainly includes moral appeal,technical demonstration and interpersonal leadership.Then according to this model,an interview outline of the development process and influencing factors of the curriculum leadership of primary school teachers was compiled.Secondly,this research obtained relevant materials about Teacher Z's curriculum leadership development through semi-structured in-depth interviews and object collection methods.Finally,this study presented the development process of Z teacher's curriculum leadership through the narrative method and analyzed the influencing factors of curriculum leadership development of primary school teachers from the development process,in order to put forward targeted suggestions for improving teachers' curriculum leadership.Based on the analysis of relevant data,this study drew the following conclusions:1)In the course of the development of primary school teachers' curriculum leadership,in three sub-components are gradually improved;2)Formation and development of primary school teachers' curriculum leadership is influenced by multiple factors,including the teacher's personal growth experience is accumulated;teachers' personal characteristics is the premise;solid professional knowledge is the foundation;advanced school philosophy is to lead;the atmosphere of cooperation and mutual assistance are the key formal;job of empowerment is the guarantee.In view of the above influencing factors,this paper put forward some suggestions to improve primary school teachers' curriculum leadership : 1)Teachers should maintain positive professional sentiment and cultivate curriculum leadership consciousness;2)Teachers should enhance their autonomy to participate in the curriculum leadership and enhance the knowledge and ability of the curriculum leadership;3)The school should establish a guarantee system of curriculum leadership to empower and empower teachers;4)The school should create a cultural atmosphere of cooperation and mutual assistance for teachers to promote their common progress.
