As an inclusive education for all residents in the community,community education plays a crucial role in the construction of a lifelong education system and learning society.Teachers,as the direct undertakers of community education activities,their professional development level is inseparable from the intension development of community education.In order to promote the professional development of community education teachers,a variety of teacher training activities were held.Reasonable training methods will help the community education teachers achieve the increase of human capital,social capital,and psychological capital,consolidate the social network relationships among teachers,and enhance knowledge,reserves promote the innovation of teaching ideas and methods.Therefore,this paper takes the community education teachers as the research object,and through research on the status quo,existing problems and needs of teacher training in some community colleges/schools in Shanghai,it is found that although the training has achieved certain results,however,there are still many problems,such as,a lack of targeted training content,outdated training methods,little training effect,etc.Essentially,it lacks a training method that is based on the work practice of community education teachers,problem solving,and individual experience and reflection.Action learning,as a learning method that is consistent with the characteristics of adult learning and has a transformative meaning,is based on the experience and reflection of learners,and follows the goal-oriented learning approach.It has achieved remarkable results in the promotion of corporate performance and professional development of civil servants.In order to solve the difficulties of the current community education teacher training and achieve the creation of common values of teachers,this paper attempts to introduce action learning into the community education teacher training.On the one hand,it explores the new model of community education teacher training,and on the other hand,it broadens the application of action learning.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly consists of expounding the research origin,research objectives and significance,and research plan.The second chapter is the literature review.After combing and analyzing the relevant literature,the core concepts of "action learning" and "community education teacher" are defined.The third chapter is the analysis on the status quo and demand of community education teacher training.Through the analysis of 238 community education teachers and administrators,they laid the foundation for training design and development.The fourth chapter is the design and analysis of action-based learning in community education teacher training.The main content includes action support as a theoretical and method strategy to solve problems in training,improve training effectiveness as a goal,and design and develop action-based learning.The fifth chapter is the application and assessment of community education teacher training based on action learning.It will be piloted and evaluated.In the application,explore the mechanism of action learning applied to teacher training in community education.Finally,reflect on the research process and look forward to follow-up research.
