The nationwide system is a kind of sports management system gradually established in order to rapidly improve the level of competitive sports under the background of the planned economy.Looking at the history of sports development in our country,we can see that China's level of sports development has been able to achieve amazing results in just a few decades.The nationwide system has undoubtedly played a huge role,but as the times progress,our country's As the country's economic strength continues to rise and people's needs for sports have become more diversified,the competitive sports management system under this planned economy is in urgent need of reform and breakthrough.How to make the original development and operation mechanism more adaptable to the changes in the new situation,integrate the full use of the advantages of the socialist system and the rational and efficient allocation of resources under market conditions,and the nationwide system must continue to improve and innovate.This article intends to comprehensively study the formation of causality in China's competitive sports management system,combined with its current status of reform and development,as well as the current still to be resolved contradiction,and at the same time,through the comparison with foreign sports management and operation system,to predict the future reform and development of China's sports The overall direction is to explore the ideas for further sports system reform in China during the new historical period.After researching,the following results are obtained: From the current situation,the promotion of competitive sports in the nationwide system still has an impetus to promote.The transition to marketization too quickly will inevitably lead to serious consequences.If competitive sports are shifting towards marketization,without the intervention of national power,the advantages accumulated by many competitive sports events will disappear in a short time.On the other hand,the sports talent training system and tertiary training network operated by the Chinese government for many years are also important guarantees for its steady improvement.Therefore,in a certain period of time,the mode of operation of the government,which is dominated by our government,will still exist.The current nationwide system still needs to be persisted and improved within a certain period of time,giving it new connotations in the new historical period,seeking innovation in development,and transitioning to a market-oriented development direction with reasonable means,in accordance with theneeds of the national conditions,complying with sports.The objective laws of career development gradually transform government functions,gradually decentralize power to the society,make full use of market means to promote sports development,integrate macroeconomic regulation and market distribution,increase the efficiency of resource allocation,improve relevant laws and regulations,and establish benign nature.The continuous development of the operating system completely resolves the outstanding contradictions in the development of the sports industry in China.Based on the above research results,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Completely establish the concept of new competitive sports development.(2)Accelerate the transformation of government functions and improve the efficiency of resource allocation under government-led conditions.(3)Improve social participation and form a new situation where the government and society complement each other.(4)Strengthen the training of sports talents and establish a new model of competition and training.(5)Further adjust the overall layout of competitive sports.(6)Improve laws and regulations and improve the social security system.
