Research On Injustice In Competitive Sports In My Country

Competition is the foundation of competitive sports,and justice is the foundation of the development of competitive sports.However,in modern competitive sports,unfair competition has become the norm of competitive sports,seriously destroying the healthy environment of competitive sports.It is a hot topic for sports researchers to strengthen the ethical study of unfair phenomena in competitive sports and provide theoretical guidance for the development of competitive sports in China,which integrates entertainment,competitiveness,unknown and utilitarianism.The unfair phenomena in competitive sports not only involve the false behavior in competitive sports,but also include the ethical problems caused by the alienation of the purpose,means and development direction derived from itself in the development of competitive sports.In this paper,through the methods of literature research,theory combined with practice and other research methods,from the perspective of ethics,the establishment and improvement of rules and systems to study,in-depth analysis of China's competitive sports in the unfair phenomenon.Starting from the meaning of fairness in competitive sports,this paper takes procedural fairness,opportunity fairness and result fairness as the theoretical basis of the paper,and expounds the importance of fairness to competitive sports.The essential characteristic of sports competition is competition and confrontation,and the indispensable condition for competitive sports is fairness.Only competition based on fairness is meaningful.From the perspective of ethics,this paper mainly analyses the unfair behavior caused by unfair competition rules,unfair refereeing and law enforcement,and athletes taking doping.It is emphasized that the pure procedural justice mechanism in competition rules is a prerequisite,which is unfair to some competitive sports such as weightlifting.From the referee's point of view,the referee consciously favors one side in the competition or unconsciously fails to control the details of the competition field,which can easily lead to unfairness.It reveals the important reasons for unfairness in competitive sports: first,the pursuit of one-sided commercialization in competitive sports;second,the imperfect management system of referees;third,the lack of moral accomplishment of athletes;fourth,the imperfect system of competitive sports;fifth,the imperfect competitive sports methods.Especially,the imperfect construction of fair legal system leads to many unfair acts punishment can not be relied on.In view of the unfair phenomena in competitive sports,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to eliminate the unfair phenomena: first,return to the spirit of competitive sports.We should attach importance to the spirit of competitive sports and regain the purpose of competitive sports.Second,improve the management system of referees.Strengthen the management of referees,improve their professional quality and ideological andmoral quality,and create an open,fair and just environment for competitive sports.Thirdly,improve the moral consciousness of athletes.Strengthen the cultivation of athletes comprehensive quality,innovate the way of athletes' education,and ensure the fairness of athletes qualifications.Fourth,strengthen the legislation of competitive sports industry.Focus on the legislation of competitive sports industry to regulate sports behavior.Fifth,we should pay attention to the supervision of media and public opinion from all walks of life.Mainly from the news media and public opinion,the operation procedures of competitive sports are monitored.From the perspective of ethics,this paper makes a deep analysis of the unfairness in competitive sports.We firmly believe that justice is the core of competitive sports.Only by eliminating injustice fundamentally in competitive sports can competitive sports develop in a healthy direction.
