The Research Of Education Management Countermeasures For Suburb Regular Senior High School Students

With the development of society and the progress of the times,the infiltration and influence of various social factors on school education is expanding day by day,these factors have a positive impact on school education,but also make the problem students more complex and diversified in the suburb regular senior high school.Problem students relate to students who are impaired in learning,behavior,psychology and other aspects.If teachers ignore their targeted education,it means giving up these students completely.This is obviously not conducive to their physical and intellectual development,unfavorable social stability.Therefore,the transformation of problem students has important practical significance.In today's educational practice,almost every school has spent a lot of manpower and material resources due to the education management of problem students,and the examples of education failure are common.Based on the survey of Jiangsu province Lianyungang city J senior high school students and the writer's own education practice,the paper adopts questionnaires,interviews and other methods to analyze their present situations and leads to problem behavior reasons from family,school,society and the students themselves four aspects.This study suggests that the family is the first child growing up environment,which has an important influence from the educational concept,moral psychology,attitude,culture and other aspects of the formation of a child's character and personality,and improper family education is easy to cause the problem of the occurrence of the students.School is the most important environment for children to grow up,but the lack of school education is the important reason for producing problem students.Other factors are also have influence on their quality and psychology from Social atmosphere,some negative phenomena of network media,teachers' inappropriate education and guidance,and students' unsound values.In view of the causes of problem behavior,the author puts forward effective strategies from four different aspects based on educational practice.The author holds that the society should purify cultural environment,strengthen the media positive energy and set up public opinion to help social problems of youth and reduce the negative influence in order to improve the effectiveness of student management;The family should strengthen communication with schools,and parents should grasp the child dynamic,timely coordination of school education,correct students' problems as soon as possible.To improve their level of education and promote students' exchange,schools need to innovate education mode,pay attention to potential factors affecting students,establish and improve the student management system.Students should develop good study habits,cultivate strong willpower and improve their interpersonal communication skills.Through this study,it can provide useful data support and practical guidance for related research.
