Investigation On The Current Situation Of Family Education Of Migrant Workers In Cities

Family education is an essential nourishing source for the growth stage of young children.Along with the advancement of urbanization in our country,the education problem about the children of rural migrant workers has become the focus of social sustained.For this part of the group,effective integrating into the city society,not only reflects the times situation and the needs of urban development,but also relates to the actual development of young children growth and the vital interests of the group,the general trend.Therefore,this thesis will take Handan city as an example and take the group of migrant workers as the research object.With the migrant children's family education status survey as the entry point,find the current situation of the group family education problems,and analyze the reasons so as to give some suggestions to improve the migrant workers' the situation of children's family education suggestions.This study uses questionnaires,interviews and observation,focusing on the parents' education quality and the implementation of family education contents and methods to investigate the current situation of the children's family education.the results show that the following problems exist in the current situation: the parents' education quality needs to be improved,the family education implementation of the single imbalance,the family education environment is insufficient,the multiple environmental resources are still limited.This study combines with the parents,family environment,kindergarten social environment factors to make the analysis of the reasons.The educational quality of parents is restricted by the low level of occupation,the low level of culture,the low level of awareness,the weak role of parents and the weak sense of responsibility.The family environment is small and crowded,the overall economic income of the family is unstable,the relationship between husband and wife is intense or weak,the family member structure is complicated or individualized will directly or indirectly affect the intimate relationship between parents and children and the atmosphere of the family.The teachers' quality is low,the quality of teachers is low,the equipment resources are not perfect,the use of community and mass media resources need to be improved,and the lack of support in the policy are hindering the development of children in different degrees,which affects the current situation of children's family education.To improve the current situation of children's family education,some suggestions are put forward: Firstly,emphasize that parents should start from themselves,and constantly strengthen their own education quality.Update the concept of family education and arouse positive parenting consciousness;Improve the attitude of education and improve the level of tutor;Learn the knowledge of tutoring and actively seek change;Regulate your own behavior,improve the ability of education.Secondly,the education quality of the garden is guaranteed to ensure the quality of home cooperation.Thirdly,mining community education resources to enhance parent education capacity;Fourth,use mass media to disseminate the concept of correct parenting;Fifth,we will increase government input to protect the rights of vulnerable groups.
