Music is a part of human culture,is a record of things on any aspect or emotions in human life,and faithfully represents the characteristics of certain place and people in certain place.Therefore,music is the life release of living art,is the soul records of a profound cultural connotation,is historical heritage of independent value,and is an important manifestation of the local cultural characteristics.Music culture has a long history,because its unique value is being recognized by more and more people.And Zhongshan salty-water song is so.Education is the most direct and effective way of cultural inheritance,therefore,education as a inheritance to cultivate people's social practice activity and cultural knowledge,education has a naturally close relationship with culture.Local music is a part of local culture,and local culture is an important subject and resource of curriculum life,similarly also reflects in local music.Since 2001,the basic education curriculum reform was fully developed in China's primary and secondary schools.With the advance of time,schools' educational thoughts and educational ideas also occurred different changes.More and more schools abandoned the teaching ideas of traditional education,and follows to promote students' physical and mental development,cultivate the innovative spirit and practical ability in the school principles.Regarding Zhongshan salty-water song as the development content of school-based curriculum in primary school,not only reflects the local close concern for curriculum reform in primary school,but also reflects that the Zhongshan salty-water song is both local community music and the intangible cultural heritage music,as well as the importance degree for cultural inheritance and development.This paper takes research and investigation on school-based curriculum development in primary school of Zhongshan Salty-water Song as a case.The main framework includes the introduction,theoretical basis and research review of music school-based curriculum development,the theoretical overview of salty-water song as development resources,as well as the development status of school-based curriculum development in primary school of Zhongshan salty-water song,problems encountered and feasible solutions these aspects.In general it can be divided into four parts:The first part:In the first chapter,introduction part describes that this paper starts from the perspective of today's world education integration and diversified development trend.And in schools only the national school curriculum is not enough,especially multinational country like China,and cultural difference is big between places.However in research review part,it illustrates the theory China had and related to the music school-based curriculum development and the case of local schools,which plays a guiding significance and enlightenment and makes a theoretical foundation for this paper.The second part:Zhongshan salty-water song is the curriculum resources of the music school-based curriculum development in primary school.This part comprehensively introduces the Zhongshan salty-water song,and discusses its heritage value from its origin development,classification,artistic characteristics and expression techniques,from artistic characteristics of Zhongshan salty-water song.The third part:This part is the focus of this paper.It analyzes the primary schools which has implemented the school-based curriculum of Zhongshan salty-water song.Through the investigation and interview,this paper from every aspect of school-based curriculum implementation including the development subject's consciousness and cognition to school-based curriculum,development subject teachers' ability as well as the evaluation of curriculum development these aspects to find and points out the problems that influences its development.The fourth part:Based on the status analysis of the third part,this paper makes specific implementation research to the problems found in school-based curriculum of Zhongshan salty-water song in primary school.
