With the advancement of the national curriculum reform process,the construction of school-based curriculum has been the object of concern in the education sector,The special school-based school-water and soil conservation project of Y primary school is regarded as the subject of this study,and by carrying out the investigation activities of the Y-primary school-based course of Peony River City,namely water and soil conservation course(hereinafter referred to as water conservation course),we collect information and use SPSS software to organize and process the data by means of research methods such as literature,questionnaire,interview and observation.Then,combined with the field curriculum observation,the effectiveness of curriculum implementation in-depth analysis,found that the implementation of its curriculum is not completed,the development of school-based teaching materials low utilization rate,curriculum resources have not been reasonable allocation and utilization,and from the curriculum,school aspects,teachers,Students and external environment aspects to explore its influencing factors,to provide targeted optimization of Y small school curriculum implementation effectiveness of strategic recommendations.Such as: establish a systematic view of the curriculum,build a rigorous curriculum standard,promote the construction of the school's characteristic curriculum,hit the regional characteristic culture brand,build the curriculum implementation education community,promote multi-subject cooperation and participation,establish a standardized management supervision mechanism,provide system guarantee for the implementation of school-based curriculum,use diversity evaluation,To provide a strong guarantee for the quality of curriculum implementation,to stimulate students' talents in various forms,to promote students to correctly understand themselves and so on.
