The employment problem of college graduates is related to the country's economic development;it is related to social stability and harmony.At present,the employment situation of college graduates in our country is severe.The graduates from low-income colleges and universities are the special groups among graduates,and the employment problem is even more prominent.It is very important to research the employment of college graduates in low-income families in China.It is an era requirement for the country to improve the quality of poverty reduction and fight poverty.The research is of great significance to build a knowledge-based,skilled,and innovative workforce.This article uses the database of the National Natural Science Foundation of China 2015 survey questionnaire.The database has drawn a representative province from each of the eastern region,the central region,and the western region,and launched a survey of college graduates' employment status.The eastern region is represented by Shandong Province;the central region is represented by Henan Province;and the western region is represented by Gansu Province.The study investigated 21 colleges and universities,covering five levels of higher education,college,undergraduate,master's and doctoral degrees.Taking low-income college graduates as the main research object,Taking the employment rate representing the number of jobs and the starting salary representing the quality of employment as the entry point,Using SPSS software.The basic data has been processed.Through comparative analysis,it tries to explore the impact of various factors on the employment outcomes of low-income college graduates.Research can draw the following conclusions.(1)Gender not only affects the employment rate,but also affects starting salaries.Men have more advantages in employment.(2)Academic qualifications have a large correlation between employment rates and starting salaries,but they are not proportional.(3)The academic performance has no significant effect on the starting salary,and it has a positive correlation with the employment rate.(4)There is a big disadvantage in the overall implementation of the rural household registration,but it is in a dominant position from the "established unit" data.(5)In terms of the rate of employment implementation,the school has the lowest graduates in the western region,the starting salary for employment,and the lowest number of graduates in the central region(6)The communist party membership can promote the increase of employment rate,but it has little effect on the starting salary for employment.(7)Professional satisfaction can promote the employment rate of graduates,but the promotion of employment salaries is not obvious.
