In early childhood,family and kindergarten are the two most important subjects of education.In order to do well in children education,they must cooperate and reach consensus from the concept and action.The author believes that the equality cooperation between family and kindergarten are called family-kindergarten cooperation.With the increasing awareness of education,the role of family-kindergarten cooperation in education has becoming more and more important and indispensable.In order to broaden the horizon of the family-kindergarten cooperation,the author,under the guidance of the community,used the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the current situation of the Guiyang family-kindergarten cooperation.This study is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the raising of the question,literature review,research significance,core concept definition and research methods.The second part,which based on the questionnaire survey and interview,analyzes the investigation results of the current situation of the Guiyang family-kindergarten cooperation.The third part is under the guidance of the community,the author found that there are four big problems.One is the lacking of common goals in the cooperation of the home and kindergarten,and education power is scattered;Second is the responsibilities and the division of labor are unclear in the family-kindergarten cooperation;Third is the parents' subjectivity is inhibited in the family-kindergarten cooperation.Fourth,the cooperation of the home and kindergarten is mainly “transactional”,parents and teachers lack “emotional”communication,and the interaction is not strong.In the fourth part,the author proposes four solutions under the guidance of the community.One is establishing the common goal of “children” as the center.Second is clearing responsibility,specific division of labor,enhancing parents' sense of responsibility;Third is changing the concept of teachers,appropriating decentralization and respecting for parents' main status;The fourth is enhancing the interaction and promoting the “emotional” communication between parents and teachers by carrying out colorful activities and utilizing advanced network platforms.
