With the rapid development of preschool education in our country,the qualification requirements for kindergarten teachers have gradually increased.More and more postgraduates in preschool education graduates have entered the front line of kindergarten work.However,the current status of preschool teachers with postgraduate qualifications is worrying,and more and more postgraduate education kindergarten teachers have chosen to move.This study tries to analyze the reasons for the flow of postgraduate education preschool teachers through narrative research methods.In this study,through narrative research,the study focused on the stories that occurred during the process of L professional selection,kindergarten work,and choice of separation,and attempted to dig into more hidden information from the work status and life status of teachers in kindergartens.Through the story of Teacher L,I try to use relevant theories to analyze the reasons for the flow of teacher L.The main reasons are teacher personal factors,kindergarten factors and social factors.The individual factors are mainly due to the different levels of teacher education and the different personality characteristics of teachers,which affects the flow of graduate teacher education teachers.The factors affecting the flow of kindergarten teachers are also different.In kindergartens,the impact of teacher management and the nature of kindergarten work on the flow of Teacher L is also considered.;And social factors,mainly from the social culture and social security system to analyze the two aspects.The author tries to put forward the outlook for preschool teachers with post-graduate qualifications in kindergarten as individual kindergarten teachers,kindergarten management,and social policies.First of all,teachers should adjust their mentality in a timely manner to improve professional standards.Second,kindergartens should increase the professionalism of the principals,and develop training programs for preschool teachers with postgraduate qualifications.Finally,through the relevant legal systems,the salary of kindergarten teachers with graduate qualifications should be increased.Treatment,as well as improving the kindergarten teacher title evaluation system.
