Preschool education is an important part of the education system in China, which directly relate to the development of the whole education in our country.In the case of the shortage of the public garden, private kindergarten as one of the main supply of urban preschool education.As we know,teacher is crucial to the development of preschool education, and the precondition of vigorous development of preschool education. However,influenced by multiple factors,teachers' flow and erosion phenomenon is obvious.In order to find out the real reason why teachers flow frequently,the thesis takes the city of Huangshi as a case to learn about the phenomenon and determinants of teacher 's flow will by the survey on 22 private kindergartens and it's 240 teachers. The conclusion is presented below:The market have big demand for private kindergartens and teachers.Newbom will increase with the implementation of Two-child policy,and which directly increase the demand of private kindergartens and teachers.There is a significant difference in private kindergarten between the best and the rest,such as teacher,teaching aids,activity places,etc.This kind of difference produce different effects on children's psychology,cognitive ability,hands-on skills,vision,etc,which highlights unfair problems in the preschool education.Teacher's flow will totally high in private kindergarten,which weaken the quality of preschool education.The survey shows half of the teachers have the willing to leave current kindergarten and 61.7% teachers don't want to be a kindergarten teacher again.Economic factor is the primary cause of private kindergarten teachers' flow,although the survey proved that the age,qualifications,presser,the factor of management all influence teacher to leave.On the conclusions above, the thesis analyzed reasons accounting for these phenomena based on theories of Maslow's hierarchical theory of Needs and the supply and demand theory.At last, the thesis provides these suggestions: the problem of teacher in kindergarten should be promoted;the management should strengthen the construction of campus environment and system,implement people-oriented management system;teacher need to strengthen the professional identity,and strengthen professional ethics construction.
