The educational concept of “cultivating virtue and shaping personality”which was emphasized on the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is closely related to the national development and national education.Ancient frontier fortress poems plays an important role in junior Chinese teaching.It's moral education function not only contributes to the implementation of the rejuvenating policy of “cultivating virtue and shaping personality” in Chinese teaching,but also plays an irreplaceable part in improving students' Chinese accomplishment and moral cultivation.Therefore,this thesis focused on the moral education function of Chinese ancient frontier fortress poems in junior middle school,aiming at exploring the effective teaching strategies for carry out the moral education function of frontier fortress poems.First of all,on the basis of combing the views of predecessors and the definitions commonly accepted in the present academic field,the present paper provided the definitions of the “frontier fortress poem” “the moral education” “the moral education function” and “the moral education function of frontier fortress poems”.Secondly,the author systematically collated the ancient frontier fortress poems and its moral education function in the Chinese textbooks of the PEP edition(the MEP edition).Analyzed the content of the moral education function of ancient frontier fortress poems in junior middle school based on specific articles.Mainly,including the three moral functions of ideal belief education,patriotism education and moral character education.In addition,questionnaire has been conducted to investigate the students and teachers in the Affiliated Middle School to Inner Mongolia Agricultural University.Through the statistical investigation results,the paper sums up the problems existing in the implementation of the moral education function of ancient frontier fortress poems in junior middle school,namely:the students were lack of the interest in learning the frontier fortress poems and their purpose of learning is utilitarian;the ability of junior high school students to appreciate the moral connotation of the frontier fortress poem was still in a relatively weak level;both teachers and students took the exam as the goal and attached great importance to the intellectual education than moral education;the teachers' teaching method was single,and the student's subject position was hard to obtain.There are three main causes of these problems: First,the negative impact of exam-oriented education;Second,the comprehensive quality of teachers needs to be promoted;Third,the frontier fortress poem itself has the adverse factors of moral education.The last part mainly discusses the teaching strategies of carrying out the moral education function of ancient frontier fortress poems,and are expected to provide the penetration point and trigger point for the frontier fortress poems' moral education teaching practice of the Chinese teachers in junior middle school.This paper puts forward the teaching strategies from the three aspects: the moral education in combination with aesthetics,history and action.Among them,the moral education in combination with aesthetics including strengthen reading and taste the virtue in rhyme beauty;create artistic conception and appreciate the virtue in poetic conception.The moral education in combination with history including understand the background information and feel the virtue of forefathers;using poetry to understand history and identify contemporary policy.The moral education in combination with action including internalize poetic virtue in writing;return to life and practice poetic virtue in activities.
