Private higher education in China after more than 20 years of baptism,has made great progress,private higher education in China has trained a lot of useful talents,is an indispensable part of higher education in china.Private higher education has made great new progress both in scale,environment,level and level.But the development of private colleges is not in the process of the development of Everything is going smoothly.,also encountered a lot of problems,especially with the change of school age also needs a new positioning,therefore,localization is the private colleges need to pay attention to the problem.This paper is based on the positioning theory of colleges and universities.By means of questionnaire survey and the case study of Shijiazhuang Polytechnic University,Career Academy,this paper studies the location of Career Academy,Shijiazhuang Polytechnic University of Hebei province.The first part is the introduction of the positioning status of colleges and universities at home and abroad,then describes the positioning of institutions of higher learning concepts,positioning basis,influencing factors and private institutions model;again is introduced positioning status of Shijiazhuang Polytechnic Career Academy,and conducted a questionnaire survey,in order to understand the Shijiazhuang Polytechnic Career Academy in orientation problems;fourth according to the existing problems and put forward specific measures and the corresponding security measures.The study shows that the position of private colleges with the theoretical model,from a macro point of view is the lack of the positioning of the development of policy guidance,funding is limited,but also affected by higher education classification and object positioning standard;from the micro perspective,the Shijiazhuang Institute of technology Career Academy development target of school autonomy,lack of regional positioning the type of positioning is not clear,reasonable and characteristic localization misunderstanding.Through the questionnaire investigation that Shijiazhuang Polytechnic Career Academy on the talent training target deviation and subject setting is not perfect,to the theory and practice of coordination is not enough and further improve the running mode and other aspects of the problem.Therefore,Shijiazhuang Polytechnic Career Academy needs to pay attention to the cultivation of talent level orientation,improve the discipline and specialty in the type orientation,pay attention to the cultivation of practical ability,and implement the distinctive mode of running a school.At the same time,in order to successfully implement the positioning measures,the organization,system,funds and property rights should be protected.
