Research On Cultivating Applied Talents In Private Colleges Based On Industry-Orientation

Private colleges and universities are the important parts of institutions of higher education in China.At present,the main body of private colleges and universities in China is higher vocational colleges,and its mode of cultivating talents focuses on cultivating applied talents.Therefore,how to cultivate application-oriented talents based on the particularity and advantages of China's private colleges and universities is a theoretical and practical problem worthy of discussing.This study closely follows the theme of "Industry-oriented research on application-oriented human capital development in private higher education institutions".It makes an overall layout according to historical research,essential characteristics,practical difficulties,theoretical logics,practical choices and action,and comprehensively use the theories of history,sociology,systematic science,management,higher Education and other multidisciplinary theories.It mainly adopts literature research method,historical research method,case study method,investigation method and other methods,and guided by the theory of vocational belt and the law of educational relations.The characteristics of personnel training in different historical development stages of private higher education institutions are comprehensively summarized.This paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of training human capitals based on industry orientation in private higher education institutions.At the same time,it reveals the practical dilemma of private higher education institutions to train application-oriented human capitals based on industry-orientation.It also constructs the theoretical logic of training application-oriented talents in private higher education institutions based on industry orientation.Taking the University for Science and Technology of Beijing as an example,this paper explores the action choice of private higher education institutions to develop human capitals based on industry-orientation.The innovation points of this research mainly include four aspects.First,it takes the lead to conduct a special study on the industry-oriented development of application-oriented talents in private higher education institutions,and initially constructs a distinctive analytical framework.Second,along the two main lines of logic and action,the research focused on exploring the theory and practice of training application-oriented talents in private higher education institutions based on industry-orientation,and formed the research results combining theory and practice.Third,it fundamentally distinguishes the relationship and difference between the training of application-oriented talents based on specialty and the training of application-oriented talents based on industry in higher education institutions.It reveals the special rules of developing application-oriented talents based on industry in private higher education institutions.Fourth,based on the flexibility of resources allocation in private higher education institutions and the contradictory movement of industry-oriented training of application-oriented talents,this paper innovatively puts forward the viewpoint that industry-oriented is the logical starting point of industry-enterprise;cooperation is the cornerstone of industry-education integration;and enterprise-education education is the key to the systematic implementation of industry-education integration.
