Football is a competitive sport with the aim of creating excellent sports results.It is also a symbol of national or regional comprehensive strength.The Hohhot of Inner Mongolia autonomous region representative Mongolian middle school girls’ football team,I hope this paper can make the development of Inner Mongolia youth female Football training and the cultivation of backup talents play a positive role,professional female Football Team for the Inner Mongolia autonomous region to provide a strong reserve force,promote the development of Inner Mongolia youth female football movement,Improve female football in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.The Hohhot Mongolian High School female Football Team From the initial construction of the team until today has been a strong "sonorous rose" spirit.As an unconventional football province,Why do Mongolian middle school in Hohhot achieve such outstanding results?It is necessary to comb and analyze the development of female football team in Hohhot Mongolian middle school.It provides some theoretical basis and reference data for the establishment of the training mechanism for the reserve talents of Inner Mongolia youth football.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and logical analysis,taking the female football team of Hohhot Mongolian Middle School as the research object,hereby to put forward the corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions based on the investigation of the basic information of athletes’ training,study,competition,coaches’ teaching,educational background and training situation,as well as the training facilities of the school,the equipment of the venue,etc.,and hopefully to provide a favorable reference for the soccer development of young women in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region.According to the findings of the survey: First,the selection standard and model of the female football team in Hohhot Mongolian Middle School are single;Although it shows a slight advantage in physical fitness,the development of female football needs more and more comprehensive talent,thus the school needs to strengthen and innovate the selection of female football team.Second,the female football team of Hohhot Mongolian Middle School lacks the football fields,which limits the training content arranged by the coach and is not conducive to the implementation of the training plan.Third,although the proportion of male and female coaches in the female football team of Hohhot Mongolian Middle School is balanced,its number is rare.And coaches have few opportunities for further study.Therefore,the training opportunities for coaches need to be increased.Fourth,the Hohhot Mongolian Middle School can give some suggestions on the outlet of the graduate athletes,mainly through three ways,to solve the employment problem of the graduates,so as to solve their worries behind.Fifth,by selecting reasonable training load and training method,the training plan shall be made scientifically.But the hardware configuration needs to be strengthened.In view of the above situation and factors,this paper puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures: First,increase the method of selection and evaluation to diversify the selection standards of athletes.Second,increase the diversity of training methods,strengthen the utilization of the fields as well as alleviate the problem of lack of fields.Third,strengthen the training of ideology and professional knowledge and skills of the coaches,and promote their balanced development in practice and theory.Fourth,Innovate training system,enhance the consciousness training of athletes,and improve the balance development of athletes’ left and right feet ability.Fifth,draw up the development plan for the football team,set up a characteristic image of the team and enhance the independent development power of the football team.Sixth,establish a management system of the service for the team,come up with relevant rules and regulations concerning the management of the football team,organize the leaders,parents,coaches of the school and other related personnel to participate in all aspects of the team’s work.Seventh,establish a partnership with various social institutions.
