In recent years,aerobics has become a way to pass the college entrance examination for the students with average grades who are interested in dance and sports.Aerobics students have to be trained strictly and the training methods are vital important.The pike support is one of the content of college entrance examination and for a large proportion.By understanding the basic present situation of the students' pike support strength training in the college entrance examination of aerobics.Making a reasonable training plan and implementing it.This paper aims at improving students ' pike support quality,improves the pike support training plan for aerobics examinee,constructs a set of more perfect training plan,and contributes to the aerobics development of Zou Cheng.This paper mainly studies the training methods of the pike support technique by means of literature data,mathematical statistics and experiment.The results showed that the physical quality of male was better than female except rope skipping.Except repetition maximum supine lifting and 1-minute rope skipping special physical quality,all the other qualities showed that the improvement of males was significantly higher than females.After the experiment,the progress of the male was greater than female,but the difference was not obvious.Repetition maximum floor press,push-ups,supine at both ends,repetition maximum weight-bearing squat and stand up from squatting position these five special physical qualities are most closely related.The formation of the pike support is significantly correlated with the0.05 level,according to male supine at both ends,static suspension lift leg,flat support and female repetition maximum weight-bearing squat,stand up from squatting position.The formation of the pike support by female push-ups and flat support is significantly correlated with the 0.01 level.Thecorrelation was showed between male push-ups,repetition maximum floor press,flat support,repetition maximum weight-bearing squat and female repetition maximum floor press,static suspension lift leg,rope skipping.It is suggested that we should strengthen the training of male rope skipping,repetition maximum floor press,1-minute rope skipping and the right angle support.In daily training,schedule these five special physical qualities into each training session.stand against the wall,flat support,static suspension lift leg,and 1-minute rope skipping can be arranged in different time,interspersed in the training plan,or as the training content can use supine at both ends,static suspension lift leg,and the flat support as the main training content,supplemented by the other training content to train.The female can use push-ups and flat support as the main training content,supplemented by repetition maximum weight-bearing squat and stand up from squatting position to train.Strengthening the training of the waist and abdomen of male.In particular,the training of supine at both ends,Static suspension lift leg and flat support.Push-ups,repetition maximum floor press and repetition maximum weight-bearing squat as supplementary training.At the same time,strengthen the training of female's upper limb,waist and lower limbs.Upper limb focus on the training push-ups,waist focus on flat support,lower limbs focus on repetition maximum weight-bearing squat and supplemented by the training of repetition maximum floor press,Static suspension lift leg and rope skipping.
