Research Objectives: SAQ training method refers to a training program that develops the necessary special sports skills of athletes through reasonable training,improves the coordination,acceleration,balance,sensitivity and rapid response ability of athletes under the basis of providing complete movement skills,and enables athletes to exert maximum strength in sports.And it applies to athletes at any level.The quality of 100 meters running speed includes starting speed,acceleration,absolute speed and speed endurance.Through this experimental study to verify whether SAQ training method has a promoting effect on the 100 meters score of college entrance examination sports students.Research object: This paper selects 40 senior high school male sports students as the research object.And these 40 sports students :(1)did not have a systematic sports training;(2)Have not participated in district,municipal or above competitions;(3)I feel good and have no obvious sports injury.Research Methods: Literature,mathematical statistics,interview and experiment were used in this study.(1)Conducted the Illinos sensitivity running test on 40 sports students,and summarized and analyzed whether the improvement of physical sensitivity had an impact on the 100-meter training of sports students.(2)By testing the results of 30 meters,50 meters,80 meters and 300 meters,the ability of acceleration,absolute speed and speed endurance of sports students was evaluated,and then the training effect of SAQ training method on 100 meters of senior high male sports students was comprehensively evaluated.Results: After 10 weeks of experimental intervention,the six indexes of Illinois sprint,30 meters,50 meters,80 meters,100 meters and 300 meters in the experimental group showed significant changes compared with those before the experiment,and the results were significantly improved(P < 0.05);After the experiment,the results of 30 meters,50 meters,80 meters,100 meters and 300 meters in the control group showed significant changes compared with those before the experiment,and the results were significantly improved(P < 0.05).There was no difference between the results of Illinois agile running and those before the experiment in the experimental group.After the experiment,the pared-sample T test of the experimental group and the control group showed no significant difference except for the Illinois running(P < 0.05).Research Conclusions: According to the above experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After 10 weeks of SAQ training and routine training experiments,the Illinois running scores of the experimental group have significant changes,while the Illinois running scores of the control group have no changes,proving that SAQ training method can effectively develop the sensitivity of sports students.But improving the physical flexibility of sports students has no obvious effect on improving the 100 meters performance.(2)SAQ training can effectively improve the acceleration,absolute speed and speed endurance of sports students.The improvement of acceleration and absolute speed is better than the routine training,but in the speed endurance training,the ability to maintain the speed of turn running is reduced,so the effect is slightly worse than the routine training.(3)SAQ training method,as a new method,is feasible in the training of sports students.In grassroots training,routine training method,as a traditional training method,is obvious and effective in improving athletes' physical quality and athletic performance.
