Competitive aerobics is mainly composed of music,operation and A,B,C,D four groups of different attributes of the difficulty of the three elements,through the athletes in the specified time will be above the elements to use their own strength and flexibility combined,and can show A very ornamental artistic effect.In the complete set of movements,no matter the manipulation,difficulty movements,transition connection need to be completed under the participation of the strength quality.The quality of these movements is also affected by the strength quality level of athletes.At the same time,because each movement has different requirements on the strength quality of various parts of the body,it is urgent to improve the strength quality of various parts of the body of candidates for competitive aerobics special high school during training.This topic using literature method,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics method,experimental method and other research methods,with 30 sports college entrance examination aerobics special students as the research object,including the number of boys and girls than 15:15),the purpose is to explore to the present situation of the competitive aerobics special students various power quality,and build a meet in competitive aerobics special students training method of improving the quality of power system.Finally,the research results show that the training methods to improve the strength quality of aerobics students have the following basic contents:upper body strength quality training methodsIn the first stage of training,the dynamic strength training methods include kneeling push-ups(top 1),push-ups(top 3),and arm flexion and extension(top 5).Static strength training method: self weight fixed point control arm(top 2).In the second stage of training,the dynamic strength training methods include push-ups(top 3),high-fives push-ups(top 11),back-up arm flexion and extension(top 5),and back-up crawling(top 7).Static strength training methods: self weight fixed point control arm(top 2),wall stand(top 6),push-up arm bending posture control(top 4).In the third stage of training,the power training methods include: high-fives push-ups(top 11),push-ups(top 13),handstand crawls(top 17),handstand push-ups(top 15),inverted arm bending and extension(top 5),four-sided trolley pushing(top9);Static strength training methods: push-up arm bending posture control(top 4),wall stand(top 6),gravity point control arm(top 2).(2)Trunk strength quality training methodIn the first stage of training,the dynamic strength training method: the trunk strength training content includes the supine mass at both ends(body 1),the prone body at both ends(body 3),and the supine legs at both ends(body 13);Static strength training method: Trunk strength training content has four plank(Body 2);In the second stage of training,the dynamic strength training methods are: supine double leg lifting at both ends(Body 11),supine leg lifting(Body 5),prone back exercises(Body 3),supine mass lifting at both ends(Body 1),supine split leg lifting at both ends(Body 13),and side bending(Body 7);Static strength training methods:supine control leg at both ends(body 6),four plank(body 2),prone control leg at both ends(body 4).In the third stage of training,the dynamic strength training methods are: supine body lifting at both ends(body 1),supine legs lifting at both ends(body 13),supine legs lifting at both ends(body 11),prone legs lifting at both ends(body 3),and side bending(body 7);Static strength training methods: supine control leg at both ends(body 6),four plank(body 2),prone control leg at both ends(body 4).(3)lower limb strength quality training methodsIn the first stage of training,the dynamic strength training methods: lower limb strength exercises include self-lifting heel(bottom 1),exchange leg jump step(bottom13),continuous frog jump(bottom 3),group jump(bottom 21)and split leg jump(bottom 23);Static strength training methods: lower limb strength exercises have horse step against the wall squatting(bottom 2),sitting position left and right leg control(bottom 10).Dynamic strength training method in the second phase training: all around your feet and leg jump(11),sitting around leg lifts hop around(17),(15),leapfrog continuous unilateral back leg(3),(9),jump deep(5),and continuous big kick(19),and jumped(under 21),legs(23);Static strength training methods: four sides to control the legs(bottom 4),sitting position to control the legs(bottom 10),kneeling methods: squat against the wall(bottom 2),prone leg split horizontal leg control(bottom 8),four side to side leg control(bottom4),sitting position left to right leg control(bottom 10),kneeling position left to right leg control(bottom 6).
