Social Work Intervention For Rural Women To Participate In Rural Community Governance

Since 1980 s,our country has staged the village self government movement vigorously.This movement provided a new development path for the rural grassroots democracy in China,and provided a new platform for rural women's participation in the governance of rural communities.Democracy at the grass-roots level is an important part of our socialist democracy,which is the sacred right of every citizen in the constitution of our country.As an important force in rural community governance,rural women's participation in rural community governance is at a low level due to the influence of regional culture and economic development level.Based on this reality,the author participated in rural community governance of Inner Mongolia Xilinguole Meng Taipusiqi x village women's status of the investigation,summarizes the village women in participation in rural community governance problems in the process,and from the perspective of the social work profession to have been analyzed.Based on the professional method of group work and the actual situation of X village,the author intervenes the problems of village women in the governance of rural communities,and tries to provide a reference perspective for women's participation in the governance of rural communities.The introduction of this paper includes the significance of the topic,the background of the topic,the research situation,the research method and the research method,as well as the relevant theoretical basis and concept definition.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the main contents of the three chapters are as follows:The first chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of the village of X in Taipusiqi,the basic situation of women in X village and the basic situation of women's participation in the rural community governance.The second chapter,through the questionnaire and interview analysis of one hundred women in X village,summarizes the problems in X village women's participation in community governance,and analyzes the causes of their problems.The third chapter,in view of the X village women's participation in rural community governance,there are specific problems,the group work intervention method,the organization of the five group activities.The fourth chapter,for the five group activities carried out,carried out the method evaluation,process evaluation and effectiveness evaluation of group work intervention,and reflected on it.
