The problem is the carrier of classroom questioning and the center of classroom teaching.Effective teaching can not be separated from effective problems.In the course of Morality and Rule of Law,effective questions can promote students' thinking development,mobilize students' initiative,and help teachers and students learn and progress together.However,during the practice,I find that most of the questions in classroom teaching raised by teachers are ineffective problems.Many teachers are lack of problem awareness.They often come to the classroom questions without careful design.It will seriously affect the development of students' thinking ability and the improvement of teachers' ability,which will greatly influence the teaching effect and the quality of teaching.The focus of this paper is to design effective problems in Morality and Rule of Law,and hope to break the traditional way of thinking of students through the design of effective questions,and hope to mobilize the initiative of students Morality and Rule of Law course,so as to cultivate students' divergent thinking and creative thinking.After consulting a lot of literature can be found,although there are lots of different definitions about effective problem,its core objectives are unified,it means that expected through effective questions in class to let students really think,willing to take the initiative to think,rather than sticking to the rules to obey the uniform standard answer.Based on my experience in the practice of Huimin Middle School in Hohhot,I take the design of effective questions as the theme and the course of Morality and Rule of Law as the research object to write this article.Firstly,the article introduced the related concepts and theoretical basis of effective problems,and expounded the importance of effective problem design in the course of Morality and Rule of Law.The second part,through the demonstration of the teaching design of the first-line teachers,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of teachers' problems in the design of problems.The third part is about an example of "can life be eternal?",illustrating the the effectiveness of the effective problems in the actual classroom teaching process.The fourth part is the five countermeasures for the design of the effective problems of Morality and Rule of Law.I hope that this article will provide some reference for teachers' problem design.
