| Under the background of encouraging mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the state has made a series of policies to encourage college students to start their own business,however,the entrepreneurial failure rate of college students has always been high.One of the important reasons is that most college students didn’t understand the entrepreneurial process and study entrepreneurship well to accumulate essential entrepreneurial knowledge when they were in school.Entrepreneurial learning is essentially a social process that is closely related to the social networks in which individuals are located.However,most of the existing researches focus on how college students learn entrepreneurial knowledge from classrooms and entrepreneurship courses.Learning from social networks is often overlooked.For college students,how to use the social network to help themselves acquire the knowledge and ability needed for entrepreneurship,and to increase the entrepreneurial rate and the success rate of entrepreneurship have become the real problems that need to be solved urgently.Based on these,this study chosen the perspective of relationship types of social networks,taking college students as research subjects,and tried to define the acquisition content of college students’ entrepreneurial knowledge,according to the logical thinking of "who to learn,how to learn,and what to learn",constructed the theoretical model of the mechanism of college students’ social network’s on the acquisition of entrepreneurial knowledge,attempting to open the black box of the type of individual social network from which the college students obtain entrepreneurial knowledge.Firstly,based on the research results of previous related theories,combining the nomination generation method,this paper exploratory divided college students’ social network into three dimensions: genetic ties,educational ties and commercial ties,and tries to define the acquisition content of college students’ entrepreneurial knowledge.Secondly,the concept model of "college students’ social network-entrepreneurial learning-entrepreneurial knowledge acquisition" was established,and the constituent elements and mechanism of the model were analyzed.Based on this,the corresponding research hypothesis was put forward.Thirdly,the questionnaire was designed and the relevant variables were measured.Then conducted the pre-test and pre-study to correct questionnaire.Fourthly,an empirical study was carried out based on the survey data of 655 college students in the Yangtze River Delta region.Using the method of structural equation model,the relationships between variables were tested.All research hypotheses were empirically supported.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Social network is an important source of the acquisition of entrepreneurial knowledge for college students;(2)Different types of college students’ social network play different roles in promoting the entrepreneurial learning of college students;(3)Cognitive learning is the main way of college students’ entrepreneurial learning;(4)College students need to choose different entrepreneurial learning methods to obtain entrepreneurial knowledge from the social network.The research conclusions of this paper provide some management inspirations to help college students,universities and society to cooperate to create a comprehensive entrepreneurial learning ecosystem,and to help college students acquire entrepreneurial knowledge to improve their entrepreneurial success rate.Finally,some study limitations and future research direction have been proposed. |
