The era of knowledge economy is also an entrepreneurial era. The latest global survey shows that, as the most economically dynamic country, China’s entrepreneurial activities are more active than most of other countries and regions in the world. With professional skills and knowledge, college students should be the active participant and the main force of entrepreneurial activity. However, Chinese college students’ entrepreneurial activity is unsatisfactory. Compared to developed countries, they lack the entrepreneurial self-confidence and intention after graduation leading to the small proportion of entrepreneurs and low entrepreneurial success rate. In recent years, China’s colleges actively explore the theory and practice of entrepreneurship education, and the Government has also taken various measures to support students’ entrepreneurial activities. But the situation has not been fundamentally changed. The reason, of course, is related to the poor entrepreneurial environmental elements of the whole society. While the lack of effective entrepreneurial knowledge of students themselves and the imperfect entrepreneurship education of university system is also an important reason. Thus, the practice of entrepreneurship education in academics and universities are quite active, trying to figure out the problems to improve the poor effectiveness of students’entrepreneurial learning. In particular, how to change the college of education and reform the personnel training mode? By what means do the government, universities and society support and promote the entrepreneurship learning among university students? How to create synergy by supporting entrepreneurship learning in school? How to cultivate, develop and improve college students’ self-confidence, willingness, ability and other issues? All thinking and solutions of these problems still based on theoretical research and practical innovation.Taken the college students in some Shanghai subordinate and municipal ordinary colleges as study samples, based on the existing literature review and the analysis impact elements on college students obtaining entrepreneurial knowledge, this paper mainly explore the influence of entrepreneurial learning support on entrepreneurial learning achievements, as well as the mechanism and methods to improve students entrepreneurial learning acquisition from the knowledge acquisition perspective. The research also includes elements of college students’ entrepreneurial learning process, elements of entrepreneurial learning support and entrepreneurial achievement issues. The research first comb through literature reviews and theory to build a conceptual model between entrepreneurial learning achievements and the impact elements of college students’entrepreneurial learning consisting of learning elements and support elements. It also proposes specific research hypotheses and theoretical models, sending questionnaires to obtain research data, uses software tools as SPSS19.0and AMOS17.0to empirically analyze the assumptions and theoretical model based on507valid samples obtained, and then discusses the relationship of all levels of college students’entrepreneurial learning based on empirical analysis conclusions.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1.According to the literature review, based on work practices and previous interviews, this paper initially identifies the mechanism of entrepreneurial knowledge acquisition of college students, regards the entrepreneurial learning as the process of entrepreneurial knowledge acquisition, and carries out scenario analysis in acquisition process, support gaining and measurements acquisition.2. Based on knowledge acquisition theory and practice, this paper explores the impact elements and their nature of college students’entrepreneurial learning. The elements will be divided into object elements, main elements, learning methods elements and learning support elements while the first three categories are intrinsic factors and the learning support elements are external factors. Meanwhile, according to a review of existing literature and work practices cognition, this paper considers the students’self-report acquisition in entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial and behavior intention, entrepreneurial skills, cognitive style as the measures of college students’entrepreneurial knowledge acquisition.3. On the basis of further analysis of entrepreneurial learning mechanism, with further definition and dimension precipitation of object elements, main elements, learning methods elements, learning acquisition and other dimensions, this paper proposes college students’entrepreneurial learning model, and based on the model proposes27relationship assumptions.4. This paper constructs a theoretical model of college students’entrepreneurial learning and develops the measurement scale of entrepreneurial learning impact elements and the achievement. In the model checking process, it strictly follow the general program of empirical research, through the pre-survey, small sample exploratory factor analysis, large sample reliability analysis, validity analysis. regression testing and other steps respectively, to collect data and inspect quality. The results show that the sample data quality is acceptable and has good reliability and validity.5. By using of multivariate regression analysis and detection methods of mediating effect, this paper makes an empirical test of27assumed relationships of entrepreneurial learning model and the test results are discussed one by one. The results show that in the proposed27hypotheses,21are verified and6are not supported. Specific results are as follows; There is no significant difference in such background elements as type of school, major, grade, entrepreneurship curriculum learning experience, However, parents’and friends’ entrepreneurial experience has a significant influence on various elements of the students entrepreneurial learning; Entrepreneurial learning support plays a partly intermediary role between objects elements and learning acquisition, where the knowledge characteristics of entrepreneurial knowledge and learning support are negatively correlated, while knowledge sources are actively associated with learning support. But the correlation between college students’ subjective cognition and learning support is not significant, as well as the correlation between knowledge characteristics and learning acquisition.Entrepreneurial learning support plays a partly intermediary role between main elements and learning acquisition. Among the main elements of entrepreneurial learning, the learners’ motivation, absorptive capacity is positively correlated with the relationship quality between learners, cognitive differences between subjects etc. But the correlation between the teaching capability of those who teach and learning support is not significant. The main cognitive differences and the teaching capability are slightly related to learning acquisition. Entrepreneurial learning support plays a partly intermediary role between entrepreneurial learning style and learning acquisition. The way of experience learning, cognitive learning, practice and unconscious learning are positively correlated with learning acquisition, but the correlation between experience learning and learning support is not significant.Been influenced by the forefront research problems in the existing field of entrepreneurship-entrepreneurs learning theory, college entrepreneurial education theory, and social network theory and there is a lack of targeted researches on the college students’ entrepreneurial learning, this study analyze the process mechanism of entrepreneurial learning from the perspective of knowledge acquisition. And based on further understanding of students’ entrepreneurial learning in actual situation, this paper reveals in depth the impact of college students support to the entrepreneurship learning process and entrepreneurial learning acquisition. To make up for the lacking of existing entrepreneurial learning theory, this paper has a certain degree of innovation, reflected in the following aspects.1.The key to the future development of entrepreneurial learning is how to make a comprehensive study of several fields and integrate them. With a certain novelty, this study introduces entrepreneurial learning theory, knowledge acquisition theory and social network theory into the study of college students’ entrepreneurial learning problems, and constructs a new theoretical perspective on entrepreneurial learning affecting elements.2.Entrepreneurial learning is among the most cutting-edge issues in the field of entrepreneurship research. Most studies are on the conceptual analysis stage and lack of empirical research on particular objects. This is mainly because the existing studies have not yet formed a consensus for entrepreneurial learning content, dimensions and so on. It is also because of the complexity of entrepreneurial learning process itself which makes it difficult to solve the related measurement problems. Based on this, the present study develops a measurement scale aimed at college students’entrepreneurial knowledge elements, main elements, learning methods elements and entrepreneurial acquisition. To some extent, it fills the blank of related measurement scale in the process of entrepreneurial learning researches.3. Given that one of the current association studies for college students entrepreneurial education learning is the theory of college entrepreneurship education, according to the relevant perspective of knowledge theory, this study reveals the elements that influence college students’entrepreneurial learning from the levels of object elements of entrepreneurial knowledge, main elements, learning methods and learning support, making up for the lack of university entrepreneurship education researches from the perspective of students and knowledge acquisition. It provides theoretical support for the followed up studies to further reveal college students’ entrepreneurial learning mechanism.4. The study concludes the elements affecting college students’ entrepreneurship learning, and introduces entrepreneurial knowledge elements, main elements in learning, learning methods elements, learning support elements to college students’ entrepreneurial learning model. With multiple regressions and mediating effect, this paper empirically analyzes and tests the validation of the assumed relationship. It verifies that the entrepreneurial learning support elements play an intermediary role in entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial learning acquisition. This study is a strong reference for universities, government and society to further enhance the effectiveness and direction of support system construction, and also has some significance for college students to further enhance entrepreneurial learning awareness and direction.
