Based on the implementation of the "care for the healthy growth of the rural left behind children" in the "Three District Plan" in Guizhou Province,the author uses the interview method and the participatory observation method as the research method to collect the reasons for the rejection of the left behind children in the J Primary School of H village of Qixing Guan District of Bijie City,and through the use of social work The professional method helps the left behind children who have obstacles in their companions to resume and improve their peer interaction ability,so that the left behind children can be accepted in peer interaction.In the J Primary School of H village,Bijie,the barriers to companionship of left behind children mainly include low partner willingness,less peer number,poor companionship harmony,and many perplexities in peer communication.There are two reasons for the rejection of left behind children in peer interaction: internal causes and external causes.The internal reasons include low self-identity,weak social ability,improper social behavior,poor communication initiative,and many bad emotions in the process of communication,while the external factors of the environment include being in a dominant position in the companionship,the difficulty in obtaining the acceptance of the peer group,the inadmistion of personal opinions,and the encounter.The companion refused to wait.In view of the reasons for the appeal,the author uses the case work method to help the owners improve their self identification,change the bad social behavior and improve the family education environment,so as to help the owners improve their partner's willingness to communicate.By using group working methods,the ability to improve the companions of left behind children should be improved from the aspects of promoting the acceptance and trust between the partners,changing the cognition of the companions and improving the confidence of the communication.We should advocate environmental changes in school social work and create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for the children left behind.Through the implementation of the service project and the evaluation of the service effect,it is proved that social work has some effect in intervening the rural left behind children's peer interaction ability.In addition,the author discusses the professional restrictions that social work is easy to meet in the countryside,and summarizes the experience of the social work involved in the improvement of the companion communication of the children left behind in the rural areas.
