At present,the education industry in our country has flourished,and the concepts of education equity and education balance have gradually become popular,and special children education has received widespread attention from the society as a vulnerable group of education.However,special education teachers,as education mentors and partners for special children,have great professional pressure,life pressure,parental pressure and social pressure.These pressures not only affect the working conditions and physical and mental health of the special education teachers,but also are closely related to the development of special education in China.Therefore,how to recognize and relieve the pressure on special education teachers is particularly important.This study involves the intervention of special education teachers,mainly based on ABC theory and social support theory.It adopts qualitative research methods,interviews,participatory observations,and scale measurement as the main data collection and analysis methods.The way of work analyzes and intervenes in the pressure of special education teachers.Social workers follow the social work ethics code and use individual social work methods and techniques to provide services for special education teachers and use the “Life Events Scale”,“Special Coping Style Questionnaire” and “Social Support Assessment Scale” to measure the pressure on them.Types,and scale measurements,social workers conduct problem analysis and needs assessment,and plan to divide the pressure relief intervention process of special education teachers into five stages,providing them with emotional support,and broadening stress coping methods.Analyze how social workers respond to special education teachers,cognitive evaluation,and social support.The comprehensive improvement ultimately promotes the relief of its physical,psychological and social pressures.Finally,social workers reflect on the service process and further summarize and make recommendations to provide more appropriate services for the group.
