Research On The Influence Of Political Association Of Social Organizations On Organizational Performance

Social organizations need to obtain internal organization resources effectively and get government support through political connections in addition to the institutional environment construction in order to achieve performance improvement and sustainable growth.In previous studies,scholars have generally studied the positive impact of political connection on organizational performance in the view of enterprises.In the development of social organizations,what is the role of political connections and what are the function conditions of political connection need to investigate further.Through the introduction of the moderating variable of organizational level of professionalism,it is found that political connection plays an important role in the developmental process of social organizations and the level of specialization has positive modulation on the relationship between political connections in social organizations and organizational performance.In practice,social organizations should also enhance professional level from the basic knowledge,professional knowledge,professional spirit and other aspects.The main conclusions are:(1)Two dimensions of political association of social organizations are obtained through literature and factor analysis: political experience,political network,social organization performance,two dimensions: internal performance,external performance,and professional organization of social organization.Knowledge,organization,winning times,professional knowledge.(2)Political connections play an important role in the development of social organizations.(3)The level of specialization plays a regulatory role in the relationship between political and social organization and organizational performance.Throughthe analysis of statistical results,it is found that the influence of social organization and political association on organizational performance exists in the role of the level of specialization as a moderator,indicating the political relationship.Through the level of specialization to influence organizational performance.
