Basketball is an extensive sport in our country.With the extensive development of basketball,the quantity and quality of referees are required to be higher.Training of referees becomes an urgent problem to be solved at present.At first,an excellent referee must be interested in the decision.The emergence of the interest to be a referee is of great significance to the future development of referees.The preliminary judgment stage is the most important period for student referees to develop individual interest,so teachers also pay more attention to the cultivation of interest in the training of student referees.The control of when is the "period of high interest" of the preliminary judgment,the control of the performance characteristics of Student referees with "High interest stage",and the control of the factors influencing the stage of "High interest" in adjudication in teaching and guiding students,In the short run,has the function of promoting the formation of students' interest in judgment and improving the teaching efficiency.In the long run,it is beneficial to the development of students' future refereeing career.This paper focuses on the phenomenon of "high interest stage" in the preliminary judgment of the student basketball umpire.This paper focuses on the phenomenon of "high interest stage" in the preliminary judgment of the student referees of basketball.The method of Literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical reasoning have been used to further analyze the phenomenon of "High interest stage" in the primary judgment of student basketball referees.It is proved that the phenomenon of "high stage of interest" in preliminary judgment exists objectively.And the paper will explore the characteristics of the student referees in the stage of "high interest",and to explore the factors that influence the "stage of high interest" in the preliminary judgment,then combined with the relevant knowledge of learning interest and learning motivation theory,to analyze the performance characteristics and influencing factors.In order to put forward Some suggestions to cultivate the students' interest in judgment,to promote students' autonomous learning and to improve the efficiency of referee teaching.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:1.During the preliminary judgment period,most student referees have the phenomenon of "high interest stage".The phenomenon of "high stage of interest" often occurs after participating in the training of system referees and having a little experience of adjudication.2.The characteristics of the student referees' initial "high interest stage" are as follows: focusing on the referee ' s behavior in the match,actively seeking opportunities for adjudication,consciouslystandardizing the technical movements of referees,restudying the referee theory,and asking others to discuss the question about the referee.3.The main factors affecting the "high interest stage" of the initial refereeing are: achievement experience factor,frustration reflection factor,teaching influence factor,and goal demand factor.Among these,the achievement experience factors include: the sense of accomplishment,honor,fluency,and pleasure.The factors of frustration reflection include: false judgment,doubt on the court,bad combination of theory and practice,lack of confidence.Factors affecting teaching include: teacher's guidance,training system,enforcement opportunities.Demand target factors include: compensation,promotion opportunities,and appropriate challenges.
