quality education resources sharing fusion,without being limited by the time space of flexible ways of learning,diversification of communication between teachers and students,and so on,these wise enough to touch the private universities teaching management reform.MOOC changed the education environment,change the teaching management mode of management,we need to keep up with the pace of The Times,make corresponding change and reform,in order to satisfy the demands of the development of the state and society,to adapt to the needs of the development of era.Guangzhou city,this article selects the MOOC G college run by the local colleges and universities as the research sample,focus through questionnaire survey and interviews to obtain firsthand material,collecting samples and relevant contents of college teaching management system,work plans,summary and relevant meeting documents,on the basis of data analysis,explore MOOC practice run by the change of teaching management in colleges and universities and the remaining deficiencies,to explore the MOOC in privately-run colleges and universitiesteaching management under the background of innovation and change to provide ideas and direction.With the advance of moocs,moocs have shown endless charm in the field of teaching management in universities,but they also bring great challenges.The number of moocs,the number of courses and the large number of cooperative colleges have brought great impact on the traditional classroom.MOOC learning opportunities and open access to the curriculum are trying to overturn the walls of traditional universities with high barriers to entry;Moocs are not subject to the flexible learning methods of space and time,and are breaking the traditional learning mode of fixed learning places,fixed teachers and fixed learning contents.The high-quality polymorphic resource of MOOC overturns the single traditional curriculum resources.The multi-dimensional interactivity of MOOC online
