MOOC this is known as " the largest innovation of the education since the invented of printing,which is occupying the world of education " China which has 1.3 billion population of education power naturally can not stay away from this "smoke".Any person,at any time,any place,can learn any knowledge is its greatest feature.China has experienced the first year after the baptism of MOOC,began to forcein 2013,carry out the MOOC movement,and quickly led to the education scholars to study and explore theMOOC.The emergence of this new thing is a challenge to the traditional teaching mode in our country.It requires students to have a high level of information literacy,requires teachers to break through the traditional teaching management model at the same time,to find new ideas to adapt to the new situation.This paper takes the university as the research object,and discusses the difference between the teaching management of college teachers and the teaching management of traditional college teachers from the perspective of management,trying to found and adapted the new situation,which under the teacher teaching management model,in order to make up for the traditional teacher teaching management model when they facing thehelplessness and the insufficient.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part describes the background of the study,decimatingthe related concepts,research status in our homeland and abroad,and the significance of the research;The second part mainly expounds the basic concept,development and procession,the characteristics of the teaching management and the significance or function aboutthe MOOC;The third part describes the current situation of teacher education management model;The fourth part is mainly through literature method of teacher teaching management in colleges and universities of traditional all-round integration,and through comparison with the current MOOC teachers teaching management were compared,so that we can find out the difference between the advantages and disadvantages between both;In the fifth part,according to the comparison result of the fourth part,the author puts forward some feasible suggestions for the construction of localized teaching system.Through the research,it is found that the teaching management of the current teachers' teaching in China has basically continued the teaching management mode of the traditional teachers in the aspects of the determination of teaching objectives,the choice of teaching methods and the selection of teaching organization forms,the choice of teaching content is also more passive,because there is no formation of more complete assessment system,which made MOOC effectiveness.However,MOOC as a new teaching model and the traditional teacher teaching management in the organizational form,the student's subject status,assessment and evaluation system,as well as humanized teaching,which has more advantage.This paper argues that the construction of localized MOOC teaching management model should strictly control the quality of teachers,Through the development of MOOC courses,exchange of software and the integration of various types of high quality teaching resources and other methods to create suitable for teaching materials and teacher teaching model,the formation of a comprehensive assessment system has become a lesson of teachers teaching management to the top priority.
